Mate. Without doubt, those shots at sunset were probably the best I've seen from any youtuber ever... spectacular mate. I argued your corner with someone a few months ago who said he thought you're dangerous. I told him, you're confident in your skills. This video proves it.
I do love capturing these moments so I have them to appreciate in the future. Cheers for having my back. Some people will just moan and never get to see anything in life👊
Watching you hug Blue and say “ah my boy” brought tears to my eyes. Dogs are just the best friends you can have in the world. Blue is beautiful and such a loyal friend to you. 😊
another cracking video! always been fit and active and love the outdoors, but been going thro cancer treatment since March so it's knocked me for 6! watching people like yourself, andy beavers etc get me thro days 👍 keep it up and keep safe big man kenny 😆😆👍👍🏴🏴
It's great to be above the clouds. I camped on Haystacks one January for my birthday and I woke up to a brilliant sunny day. When I got up I realised I was on an island in a sea of clouds. At the time I was the only person of Britain's 60 million to be on that mountain. I felt very privileged. I plan to return next July, from Australia.
You've shared beautiful views with us before, but this was on another level. And to think that you were the only human on top of that mountain to see that. Thank you for taking us along on a really special adventure.
I used to take my German Shepherd on trips like this and this video made me cry like a five-year-old. Absolutely beautiful video Man thank you for sharing.
Well that was spectacular, thank you once again. Unbelievable experience. what a fabulous dog you have in Bluey and the love between you both is something to cherish.
Reaching that point where the sun rewarded you for your efforts, was absolutely amazing ! Just stunning, it's what adventures are there for , to take your breath away and enjoy every second. 😊👍 Thank you sooooo much Alan.
Great moment for the memory bank stunning footage 👌how about bringing back the original outro soundtrack? I play it in my head every time😂 keep up the good work
This was a special one Al. The shots of you and Blue with that inversion behind is some of the best Man and Dog footage I've ever seen mate. Beautiful 💪💚🐶👊
Trying to reply once reading everyone else’s comments. I think everyone has already said what I would say. Just this left….. Brilliant vid, #loveblue. Please keep them coming my man!
Wow . Amazing view of the sunset, it brings back so many great memories for me, if only I could again. Thank you. Ps . I never used a bivy . I always used my trusted Vango tent. Wonderful video one of your best ,good luck on the rest of your adventures.
Your videos just keep getting better and better! What a special adventure this was, the sun over the inversion was spectacular and such moments are just filled with wonder and joy!
What incredible views up there. just stunning. Among the many, many YT channels who try to 'perform adventure', you have adventures. I can relate to stretching ones comfort zone, challenging yourself, within sensible limits of course. As always, your dog Blue pretty much defines 'One's best friend'. Brilliant companion, that you don't need to envy when you seem him sprinting up a mountain. 🤙
Another brilliant video. Those inversion conditions were incredible. I think we should all aim to use that "stretching my pizza dough" line at least once next year and completely baffle those we say it to. 😆
What a gift sunset. Thank you so much for sharing. 💚🙏 That home made neck scarf looks like it's origins come from a pair of quality gonad supporting boxer shorts! 😂
Unbelievable Al and Blue What amazing footage Lost for words is right . Your sure are at one with nature You glide across the hardest of peaks without a leaving a trace Hard to beat this whole footage Loved watching every bit of it Love to Blue he sure is one amazing dog ❤️
Al, I think this is the best I've seen to date, and I'm saying this half way through! I don't need to say more 😎 Anyone watching, new or subscribed, must be captivated by the climb up, and the view above the clouds - it's another world! Must have been awesome to be there, it looked so special in the footage. Blue, as always, steals the show - do you put antifreeze in his water....🤣 Take care 👍🏻
Oh wow, absolutely stunning. Thank you, thank you for taking us along. When you can't do the climbs anymore due to ill health (I see a few comments like mine on your videos) it's so wonderful to do them vicariously through you. I remember climbing Great Gable years ago - can't believe I did it now as I'm lying in bed with a bad back. Loved being above the clouds, like you're flying.
Absolutely wow wow wow, it looks amazing on the video, but I bet it’s even better being there. This beautiful plant of ours gives us so many pleasures.
I get you and understand your philosophy. The scenery was outstanding,I amazed and thankful for you showing us your adventure. Stay safe and happy ❤️👩🏻🦳🇬🇧❤️
Outstanding inversion caught the sunset superb. I remember as a youngster climbing up as the mist was comming down... "stick to the middle of the road" was going through my brain American Werewolf in London 😂 stopped made a cup of tea as the mist enveloped me and my pal had a cuppa and by that time mist was below us .. onwards and upwards.
👏 👏 👏 absolutely stunning views 🎉 The Lake District is where I like you and Blue best. I can relate to your pizza analogy. Makes sense to me. Twiddling your comfort-zone on the tips of your fingers to stretch it.
Beautiful cloud inversion, Al. Just what every hill walker wants to see, but almost never does. Have you tried the route up Sourmilk gill to the hanging valley of Gillercome? Cracking route onto Great Gable via Green Gable. Couple of dodgy areas by Sourmilk Gill where you might have to yank the dog up 5 or 6 foot slabs. Great when you get to the top to the start of the valley. Cheers, Ozzy.
Mate. Without doubt, those shots at sunset were probably the best I've seen from any youtuber ever... spectacular mate.

It's great to be above the clouds. I camped on Haystacks one January for my birthday and I woke up to a brilliant sunny day. When I got up I realised I was on an island in a sea of clouds. Yes I always love having the mountain to myself which is often the case winter camping. Awesome mate👊
That temperature inversion was pretty special, stunning in fact.
Wow this has to be one of the most spectacular views yet. Absolutely stunning. ❤

You and Blue have the most fantastic relationship. When you hugged him, my heart melted. ❤
You've shared beautiful views with us before, but this was on another level. And to think that you were the only human on top of that mountain to see that. Thank you for taking us along on a really special adventure.
Wow! That felt like on top of the world when you got to the top. Breathtaking scenes…
The views in this are truly special. Wasdale , what a place!. FAB👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
You lucky lucky bastard ,,,,, that sun over the clouds was once in a lifetime ! Thanks for sharing !!
You can certainly move a lot faster with a much lighter rucksack than last weekend and also no lumbering baby elephant tagging along behind 👍😂😂
😂 so much nicer being lightweight. Although I do love a challenge in tough conditions 👊
I used to take my German Shepherd on trips like this and this video made me cry like a five-year-old. Absolutely beautiful video Man thank you for sharing.
Dogs are such amazing animals and such good friends. Humans can’t compete🥰
Well that was spectacular, thank you once again. Unbelievable experience. what a fabulous dog you have in Bluey and the love between you both is something to cherish.
