This is one of my favorite performances by Paula. Even though the Head Over Heels era wasn't as commercially successful, Paula was on point during this time, from the videos to the performances. Fantastic!

I didn't realize she could dance so well. I know she choreographed a lot of Janet's stuff, but I thought she only came up with steps, I didn't think she would actually be a "Dancer" herself. I never was a Paula Abdul fan, so I'm lost when it comes to certain things about her...
She may have not choreographed a lot of Janet's stuff, but she did it for a lot of other people in the entertainment industry, namely George Michael or Duran Duran...
Paula choreographed for The Jackson 5 Torture and the Victory Tour Janet,Duran Duran,Inks,The Pointer Sisters ,Prince,Cool and the Gang,Luther Vandross,George Michael,Heart and the List goes on....Not to Mention Lots of FIlms.
The instruments are live as is her dancing, unless we are watching a hologram. If you are referring to her voice, thank god. You have god awful pop stars like Lady Gaga trying to dance now while singing live and it’s painful. Gaga can’t dance and hasn’t had a hit since 2011 and always uses a backing track, but had to just mention that ‘live’ isn’t always good when you are trying to dance. At least Paula knew how to dance.

This song was played every day in the local tv in my country that was around 1994-1995
Love both her and her dancers. They are well trained and an absolute joy to watch.
