- This video presents how to perform a DSC calibration and adjustment using indium as the standard.
Using the Routine Editor and the appropriate calibration method, the prepared sample of indium is then heated to provide melting onset temperature and enthalpy of fusion. The calibration data is automatically evaluated and the result provides a validation of temperature and enthalpy. If the results are out of specification, an adjustment can be performed.
DSC calibration and adjustment are necessary steps to validating that your data is reliable. The routine editor makes the process of calibration and adjustment simple for all users of the DSC.

This doesn't tell you how to adjust anything if the calibration is off...
