Hi have you been able to cut acrylic with this machine?

I bought a similar one Same Brand 10w Laser... but mine can only cut a 3 mm mdf board with 100% laser and at speed 8... passing it about 5 times... I saw in several videos people using 150 at 200 speed with 70 to 80% laser power and with 2 passes..... why did it make that difference in mine?
Compré uno similar Misma Marca Láser 10w... pero el mío solo puede cortar un tablero mdf de 3 mm con 100% láser y a velocidad 8... pasándolo unas 5 veces... Vi en varios videos gente usando 150 a 200 de velocidad con 70 a 80% de potencia del láser y con 2 pasadas..... ¿por qué hizo esa diferencia en el mío?
