I also just finished another read-through of Genesis. I'm doing a 90-day full Bible read, and it is so good to read this way. I'm finding it to be rich and rewarding. I have read it before with a book here and there but reading it in sequence as one consecutive piece definitely changes one's perception. I get a fresh revelation each time. I find it best to follow up a long reading of the OT with the New. He really expands on what was said, then. I will check out "Know Your Enemy". Thank you for sharing Lydia! God bless!
I also want to add... Read C.S. Lewis' "Reflections on the Psalms". It really illuminated the psalms for me. I read them daily now and they are a continuing source of grace and comfort.
@@jackderbyshire I’ll have to bump this one up my TBR then - thanks for saying this as I have the book but didn’t click it would be great to read after the Matt Searles books. Thanks for watching!
Hey Lidia, I really want to and NEED to read the book by Graham Benyon but unfortunately, I can't buy myself for a couple of reasons; one of them being we don't have it in my country, and we also don't have credit cards. Do you happen to know if there is way to get the book for free? And blessings! Keep up the good work!
Oh no!! I’m sorry to hear that - I’m not sure what to suggest other than maybe writing to the publisher?? It’d likely be encouraging for them to hear that people not just in one country want to read the book
I love your channel! Keep going. We need more voices like yours.
This is so so encouraging, thank you and God Bless!
