I REALLY enjoyed her rhinoplasty because I also have a pretty large nose and was always insecure about it. Now I want it done solely because it’s gained damage through the years. My septum is terribly deviated and much of the cartilage has shifted further than the other side. Hard to breathe well. She looks incredible and I’m so glad her surgeon didn’t ruin her nose. They allowed it to continue to fit her face properly and for that I would say excellent work!

There are many consultant meetings and for some procedures is even a talk with a therapist required. Let people decide for themselves what they want. And for example I am not allow to fix my teeth because it is a beauty procedure it isn't medical necessary in any way I just want straight teeth.

@@callmemc6 Uh ... I may be confused... but yes, while the lower half of the nose is made of mostly cartilage, and supported by the septum, the upper half (bridge) is DEFINITELY bone. I had to have a septorhinoplasty after the BONE in my nose was BROKEN. Under anesthesia, the part where your otolaryngologist "breaks" the bone/s to reset them is called osteotomy... literally "bone-cutting" is the translation... they micro- chisel the area, like egyptians did the sphinx, etc...

@@KiliGraphics eh, not really. small details like that can actually change a hell of a lot to what your face looks like. if you draw a circle and theres even a slight waver, you'll notice immediately. same with facial structure, details like how deepest or the slightest puff of the cheeks/chin, we notice that. not out of vanity or judgement, but purely because it's part of the main silhouette of a person's face. that natural hook in her nose was probably something that made her feel like it looked too off n didnt sit as nicely on her face, so she got it taken off without making her whole nose entirely disproportionate to her face. so not really idiotic, the procedure itself was small but the difference it made was pretty big

The final result was incredible and it shows, I love the fact that she chose to keep a part of her real nose because she was proud of it and got rid of what she didn't like about it. Yea. You can tell that it looks literally the same.. I wanted one done but now that I love myself I would of deeply regretted it. Possibly maybe getting more plastic surgery from body dysmorphia worsening and maybe dying if not from the nose job since plastic surgery causes a large percentage of death. I honestly seeing people get nose jobs (Rhinoplasty) are always so satisfying to watch. Honestly good for her.
I love that she and her surgeon still kept the basic formula of her face, so she doesn’t look like a different person. So happy for her!

I always just assumed that was because it's easier and takes less skill to remove material and end up with a smaller result than to reshape the existing size.

I REALLY enjoyed her rhinoplasty because I also have a pretty large nose and was always insecure about it. Now I want it done solely because it’s gained damage through the years. My septum is terribly deviated and much of the cartilage has shifted further than the other side. Hard to breathe well. She looks incredible and I’m so glad her surgeon didn’t ruin her nose. They allowed it to continue to fit her face properly and for that I would say excellent work!

@@callmemc6 Uh ... I may be confused... but yes, while the lower half of the nose is made of mostly cartilage, and supported by the septum, the upper half (bridge) is DEFINITELY bone. I had to have a septorhinoplasty after the BONE in my nose was BROKEN. Under anesthesia, the part where your otolaryngologist "breaks" the bone/s to reset them is called osteotomy... literally "bone-cutting" is the translation... they micro- chisel the area, like egyptians did the sphinx, etc...
She still looks natural and has her original profile minus the bump on her nose. Kudos to the surgeon.

I love how it just changed her nose to remove the natural hook in her nose. It didn't adjust the height or size, kept it proportional to her face, and kept it's shape sand the hook.

@@KiliGraphics eh, not really. small details like that can actually change a hell of a lot to what your face looks like. if you draw a circle and theres even a slight waver, you'll notice immediately. same with facial structure, details like how deepest or the slightest puff of the cheeks/chin, we notice that. not out of vanity or judgement, but purely because it's part of the main silhouette of a person's face. that natural hook in her nose was probably something that made her feel like it looked too off n didnt sit as nicely on her face, so she got it taken off without making her whole nose entirely disproportionate to her face. so not really idiotic, the procedure itself was small but the difference it made was pretty big

I’m happy they didn’t make it drastically smaller. I understand she didn’t like the hook in her nose (although I really like it) but they kept her noses character by not shrinking it like many would.

The final result was incredible and it shows, I love the fact that she chose to keep a part of her real nose because she was proud of it and got rid of what she didn't like about it. She looks beautiful and super happy with the results, too bad she probably stumbled with people like you who (hopefully not) tried to make her feel insecure with the results.

Yea. You can tell that it looks literally the same.. I wanted one done but now that I love myself I would of deeply regretted it. Possibly maybe getting more plastic surgery from body dysmorphia worsening and maybe dying if not from the nose job since plastic surgery causes a large percentage of death. But it's good for trauma and those such people who NEED it and not the people who need to meditate everyday and limiting social media as well as not comparing yourself to others. If she was my girlfriend I'd think she's beautiful but if she got a nose job I'd leave her considering many girls with body dysmorphia cheat because they think their partner doesn't care about them.
