It sounded like polish to me for a second because he says “don’t eat!” In polish! But maybe Russian just uses some of the same words as polish- erm idk thoo

For all who feel sorry for this little fox. Will explain. The man was kind of playing with animal, testing his insolence, if he wanted to not give him a fish, he wouldn't. (For foreigners, Russian may sound menacing, but for those who speak it in intonation and words there was a playful manner, he spoke it smiling).
This is an adult arctic fox, getting food for them is not a problem because he is one of the fastest predators in the arctic zone, + the other side of the coin is that if he does not scare this animal, then the arctic fox can get used to people and approach them, which can lead him to hunters who will kill him, that is, if he encourages such behavior, he will spoil his self-preservation instinct.

We are sort of in the middle of fox domestication. It looks like we haven't done it because we're in the process. Most foxes are wild still so it doesn't seem like horses or dogs yet, but there are still some of those species left wild.
