- The start of a mini series showing how to bring a part to life from scanning, all the way through designing and prototyping up to machining. This is a Volkswagen MQ500 gearbox known to withstand 1000nm of torque and poses a few challenges to get it fitted to older generations of car.

Ton of valuable information. Great video thanks for sharing.😊
Great process, thanks for sharing
Hey Mate! Great video, as usual keep the good work up! I will try and share some of my work too, waiting some tools to arrive to get that massive upgrade!
Great video, on the other hand it's astonishing that in the times of advanced AI , 3d scanners/scans are mostly just a reference that still needs rather complicated process and couple of separate computer programs to transform the data into usable CAD and eventually a solid model
Loved this one!!
Thank you for the tutorial sir..
Consider producing an MB W169 CVT gearbox. It’s not available anymore and it was so badly designed from the factory! Haven’t heard anyone NOT having issues!
Hi! We like your content very much. If you are interested in scanners, we can also cooperate on Creality scanners. Looking forward to your reply!
Thanks, sounds interesting! Email?
