I always thought that too... I picture everyone working together when I hear this song. You can feel the comradery... I can't believe this song was made 16 years ago :p
I've always felt that it conveys well the difference between the humans vs. the Zerg and Protoss. The humans are presented as not having the same purity or nobility as the Protoss, and you could imagine the Protoss viewing them as almost just a step up from the Zerg. When I listen to this track it makes me think about that underestimation being refuted as the industriousness and ingenuity of the humans comes forward and the beauty of their spirit is shown.
no you're right, sc1 soundtrack is experiemental all kinds sounds and confident melodies, sc2 soundtrack is sort of that safe orchestral sort of music thats just nice background but ultimately forgettable.
