This is the first time in a very long time Iv had the inspiration to prepare something and I decide why not learn simple things first. My first attempt into my cooking journey has begun with this video!! I knew making eggs was easy but my brain fought me and made me think it was a lot more work than it actually was! Very proud of myself and a huge thank you to YOU!

I definitely just made the best scrambled eggs in my life thanks to you! In addition to the onion powder I also added a dash of cayenne. When it came to the cheese, I used shredded Monterey Jack Jalapeno cheese-definitely a better choice than American cheese IMHO. Thanks for posting.

I like to add some bell peppers and fresh onion and garlic if I have it with some salt and pepper, maybe chili powder if I'm feeling it and some parsley. Chives is a good addition as well. I've been trying several different cheeses and so far American works the best by far. You need something that will liquify
Cheesy eggs are my husbands favorite dish I make, or at the top. I like the way you make them better; I place the entire slice in a layer instead of breaking it down and folding them in the eggs. I will try this method and maybe the pan won't be so difficult to clean after! (BTW, I like that you show your cleaning up method as well!)

Quick way to decide how much cheese you need. If your using cheese squares, you can use 1 square for every egg, works for me they turn out amazing.
