How do you guys bring up the fact that you want to be sponsored by the company (under a skilled workers visa) you are applying with. I’m in my final year as an international student and have been turned down on applications, to which I think it’s because of my visa. So already, knowing that this is a disadvantage for me, I am wondering how and when I can bring up the issue of being sponsored. I have 3 job interviews coming up so far, with companies that are licensed to sponsor. But I fear the moment I mention sponsorship, I’ll scare them away 😅

What does this mean if your under 26 as a new entrant as it does say you can only apply 3 months before student visa expires hence you can’t just switch without completing
That means you do not hold any work experience and new to the Labour market then the non tradeable points of 20 will be taken from the new entrant category and at the same time the conditions should be met which is under 26 years of age & course is about to complete in 3 months time frame.

Hi sir. I am student so my husband going to switching visa. We applied home office on july 10. After 20 working ays we got a mail from ukvi they need ecctics certificate once more. Then we uplod it with in 10 days. Still we are waiting. We contact ukvi but no response. We upload our ecctics on August 10. How often it take? Our tension increasing day by day.
