    I don't drink since Im underage but I still enjoy watching you create drinks, there's just something about you and how you like making them that makes me happy. Keep doing what you're doing!

    Good lord, this man needs more subscribers and sponsors. My liver is suffering, but my taste buds are happy. Learning so much from this channel, and my family/guests are reaping the benefits (and trust me, they are appreciative and happy for the drinks they're now getting). Greg rocks!

    Hey you could try to do a chaser episode and compare these 3 spritz to the classic 3 italian spritz
    (Aperol, Campari and Cynar). BTW awesome job with the channel !!!!

    Outside of big cities, it's fairly hard to find Luxardo products. Campari is everywhere, but Luxardo, is a rare come upon. Only thing stopping me from trying these. **hint hint luxardo**

      How To Drink
      Back when I did sound for the family church and somebody would walk past the gear cart during setup or teardown, they would always get a bit confused when they saw the industrial sized package of non-lubricated condoms.
      Our response, "they're 99% effective at protecting your Lavaliere pack in case of an accidental drop into the baptismal pool."

    To all of you guys talking about Spritz, where it originates and what it should be: its a derivate of a typical Austrian drink: spritzer (also called g'spritzter, mischung or in Germany weinschorle) which just means sparkling water with wine. You can put anything in it: even violets-sirup or elderflower-sirup with mitn. Though mein tend to drink it plain: dry white wine with sparkling water with nothing else. Btw red wine with orange lemonade equals instant sangria!

    Working from home today, and suddenly have an urge to make a Luxardo spritzer! Heck, it's after 4 pm, and I've got a tiki glass (but no big ice) and a Sodastream! (No Prosecco, but I have some California bubbly that will do in a pinch.) You inspire bad habits, but only in a good way! :-)

      No, thank you man. You show and recipes got me through a real rough patch. I was stuck at home for health and mental reasons. And leaning to make drinks became a hobby that helped take my mind off things. So keep up the good work. Greatly appreciate the channel.

    Is the Aperitivo in the same flavor area as orange bitters? Asking for a doppelganger of myself

    • @amanvir100
      @amanvir100 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'd say its most similar to bitter orange liqueurs like Aperol or to a lesser extent Campari, if you're looking for alternatives. An Aperol Spritz is probably the most popular spritz (at least in the UK) and probably the only one you would get in a bar that would serve something like this. To me, Orange Bitters has a much sharper taste, these liqueurs have a much more complex, longer, almost a touch smoother taste.

    It's funny because the word "spritzer" is german and here in austria it means just a mixture od wine and soda water. Sometimes there is also some kind of sirup or fruits in there, but these are called like a "Kaiserspritzer" for example. Anyways, interesting what americans think about this term XD
