The tactic of attacking with energy and neuro weapons is one of the most perfidious, devious and insidious attacks on human security and freedom by the secret service that has ever existed. These electromagnetic weapon systems cause schizophrenic symptoms (voice hallucinations and electric shocks and paranoia). It is estimated that one in ten thousand people affected defends themselves against the attacks and, depending on their level of education, is able to work out the technology and contexts (just as other people are experts in other topics and have a high level of judgment). So far no one has managed to break free from this spider web of the secret services, to lodge an effective legal remedy against it or to defend himself against it in any other way, as long as the attacks are carried out with energy and neuro weapons. Because the legal process is substantially more difficult and information is refused. The subject is highly complex and a minefield. Everyone knows someone with psychosis. Hundreds of thousands of people in Germany suffer from this technically caused disease and hear these robot voices, which sound very similar to their own thoughts, but when "listening carefully" they are a very individual entity (so they are clearly distinguishable). These robotic-sounding "voices" sound exactly like radio messages (because they are radio messages). For "empathy zen" I can also recommend James Tilly Matthews ("Illustration of Madness" and "Air Loom Gang", Daniel Paul Schreber's self-reflections and Victor Tausk "influencing apparatus") and all case studies in psychiatric research, e.g. a lady suddenly hears the voice of God telling her to suicide: then she went into the park and seriously injured herself with a sharp object. Or: A voice told her: "You are to blame for stealing in your youth You will now be punished for this: you either have to cut off your fingers or sit on a hot stove. "She thought about something and then decided to cut off two fingers, otherwise she would not be able to sit properly. - I also know dozens of such stories - is also constantly in the panorama section: that someone again killed someone because inner voices would have ordered it t that these are "really" jokers and psychopaths from the secret service who play such pranks - that is, "Max and Moritz" with electric weapons. Because this covert operation went completely wrong, because the thousands of criminals and terrorists equipped with electric weapons and Max and Moritz as well as Dick and Doof are indiscriminately attacking the population without proper assignment.

First of all! It's the German voice of Optimus Prime (Tranformers). Since its inception, GSG 9 has participated in over 1,500 missions, yet reportedly fired shots only on five occasions (official count, prior to the 2003 Iraq War). These occasions were Mogadishu in 1977, Bad Kleinen in 1993, Aachen in 1999 and two more missions where firearms were used to shoot dogs of the persons being arrested. The GSG9 trains to preserve, not to take, life.

I Remember back in 1991 when i did my mandatory Year in the German Army. Our Battalion was ask if we would help train with the SFOR for an Operation part of Desert Storm in Hammelburg an Millitary Training Ground. It is like an real small Town with all the original houses to train for House Combat and Stuff. I was 14 Days there and on the second Day a Black Helicopter came and hovert over one of these Houses and 6 People in Black Roped down on the House. At this Point noone knew who the hell they where and what they are doing there. About half an Hour later we where ask if we could help them train something. They wanted to train a Hostage Situation and some of us played the Hostages and some of us the Kidnapper. I played one of the Kidnappers. I got Protecters on because they said something about a Dog and that i need to do this and that when i see the Dog. I stood in the Room in one Corner with my Gear and waited like 15 Minutes. I heard nothing and all of a sudden the Door opened i heard screaming and one second later i had a german shepard on my right leg and i was lying on the Floor lol. This happens so fast omg. I still have a Scar on that Leg because the Protector was not right and i got a Scratch from the Teeth. That was so intense but to this day i still remember all of it. Later they told us that this was the GSG9. It was so cool and so terrifying that i had this opportunity to do that :)

I feel like you missed the important point, that GSG9 ist in fact not a military unit, but an elite counter terrorism unit of the federal police.
The GSG 9 considers a mission a complete success only if no one is killed. Their goal is to protect any bystanders and hostages, to secure their own forces, and to apprehend the perpetrators as unharmed as possible.
In fact, GSG 9 has killed people in very few missions in its long history; I believe it happened in only three missions. Mogadishu, Bad Kleinen, and a third incident that I don't remember right now.

GSG9 is from a tactical standpoint a t1 paramilitary unit that's assigned to police tasks. they're exceedingly heavily armed & equipped for a west european police unit, simply because of the german law *strictly* prohibits the deployment of it's regular military (SF/CT units) against civilians within germany, even if a terrorist attack is ongoing. terrorists or enemy paramilitary forces are civil threats per law. maybe that will change after putin's attack, cause he has a lot of paramilitary/intelligence capabilities in stock, threatening bundeswehr/NATO/US/logistic infrastructure in case of a mobilization.

Don't see why it would have to change. There's plenty of additional special police units in the individual states by now. The GSG 9 was originally founded because there was NO unit with the necessary skills in ALL of Germany and as such, it was attached to federal police so as to every state being able to request their aid - and they still do that when their locals means don't suffice.
And the different French police organizations certainly have similar units. With the Police Nationale, there's RAID, for the Gendarmerie Nationale, there's GIGN, though for general counterterrorism guard and patrol duties, they now also employ regular military soldiers as part of the Vigipirate system under Operation Sentinelle.

Some short background: GSG 9 as part of federal police and former Bundesgrenzschutz (border protection forces) was founded after the failure to free the Israelian hostages during the Olympic Games in Munich 1972. Their first mission was freeing the captured German aircraft "Landshut" in 1977 in Mogadischu, Somalia, which was hijacked by terrorists to free German RAF terrorists (Rote Armee Fraktion...not Royal Airforce) from prison. The founder and first commander died some few years ago.

@InSomnia DrEvil GSG 9 was founded in the cold war era, when the western german state purely used its army for defense of its own borders and NATO allies, with the concept attack one and you will attack all. There was never a discussion of armed forces abroad besides training. GSG 9 was formed in the wake of Olympic games as counter terrorism unit. The western german army based its large number at that time on a draft system with mainly the higher ranks above corporal being professional soldiers. There were elite units at that time as e.g. Fernspäher aka long distance reconnaissance, but not made for counter terrorism. This changed after unification of both german states and the need to have special forces beyond counter terrorism with more fire power, e.g. to rescue or evacuate german or allied citizens from civil war plagued countries. KSK was thus founded in 1995 and pretty much attracted soldiers from all service branches, mostly infantry (Jäger, Panzergrenadiere), parachuters, but even a comrade from my tank officer class later became company leader at KSK.

@InSomnia DrEvil KSK deals with "really bad guys"? Yeah...cause, hostage takers they are usually reasonably nice. And therefor suitable for the GSG-9 to take on (and out). Good point man. (Warning: comment may contain sarcasm.)
Oh, and regarding why KSK wasn't deployed to Mogadishu for the Landshut-high jacking in 1977...? Well, except for the fact that high jackers/hostage takers are not "really bad guys" (according to certain experts), I have a theory of my own. I'm not saying that this is correct through.
      BUT, here goes:
KSK was formed in 1996. The Lufthansa jumbo-jet Landshut was high jacked in 1977. And I believe that fact COULD be part of the reason why KSK was never deployed for the mission. Instead GSG-9 as the top-tier German anti-terror unit, together with two operators from SAS (no, not the airline), as they had substantial experience with the use of flash-bang grenades, were deployed.

If anyone wonders why this police unit seems rather military, this is because it is also being used for operations outside of Germany (mostly hostage rescue), for which other countries would use military units instead (like SAS, Delta Force or DEVGRU). The reason for this is, that the German constitution puts extensive restrictions on when and how the military can be used.

    • @HingerlAlois
      @HingerlAlois 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

That has first and foremost to do with the fact that the German military basically can’t be used within Germany.
For hostage rescue, evacuations of German citizens etc. abroad it’s very well possible to use the KSK or other units like the airborne troops of the military.

The amazing thing is, that this national police force unit has allegedly been involved in over 1,500 missions yet has reported to have had to fire shots in only 5 occasions, of that one was to shoot the dogs of a person being arrested.
The GSG9 have been involved in counter terrorist operations, ending a number of hijack and hostage situations, arrests of high profile individuals and terrorists and last not least fighting pirates.
In the US this kind of special unit would have made use of their fire arms 1,500 times out of 1,500 missions, just because nowadays they believe that the 2nd amendment is not only the right to bear arms but the duty to make use of it.

Munich 1972 was the reason why the GSG9 was created. Their first mission was Operation Firemagic in 1977 where they rescued hostages out of a Boing 737 called Landshut in Mogandischu. Since then they are one of the best Tier 1 Special units of the world. 1998 they’ve lost their combatants status and from there the KSK was founded to overtake the most and military type Tasks of GSG9 abroad.
Technically they are Counter terror Police Unit but because of their history and their organization in the GsG9 they deserve to be called Special forces. Btw. They still beat the KSK and other top tier Military units like the Seals and SAS in the CTC.

Just as a quick read for you, one of the most well known missions of the GSG9 is the recapture of the Lufthansa flight 181, also known as the "Landshut". It was a Boeing 737-200 captured by terrorists with more than 80 passengers on board. In Mogadischu, the GSG9 sucessfully attempted to resuce the landed plan and passengers from the terrorists, killing 3 and capturing one, while one stewardess and one officer had been injured.
The abduction was connected to the terrorist group known as the "Red Army Faction" that reaked havoc in Germany during from 1968-1998 when it disbanded. Also connected to the RAF, the GSG9 did a lot of good work in capturing those terrorists on german soil.

By the way: German Police Forces or Special forces often rent abandoned buildings/Areas/Industrial complexes and simulate different combat situations. Basically, they give a team information that would be aviavible in a real life situation and send them in with practice ammunition (imagine painballs that can be shot out of their real weapons like an MP5.) Other members of the force will protect the building and try to take out the attackers.
Due to the ammunition they use, there are often noise complaints.

GSG9 is a police special force and means Grenschutzgruppe 9 which translates to Border Security Group 9. GSG9 was founded in 1972 to fight terrorism and free german hostages (only) domestically. In 1977 a commercial airplane was kidnapped by palestinian terrorists to force the release of high ranked RAF members out of german prison. They forced the crew to fly across europe, the middle east & north africa. Finally the GSG9 was commissioned to save the hostages and neutralize the terrorists in Mogadishu, Somalia. They managed to kill all the terrorists and save all the hostages. This incident went down in history as a prime example of effective hostage rescue paired with counter terroism.

The GSG9 was founded in the 1970s after the terror disaster in the Olympic Village. At that time, normal police officers were used with rapid-fire weapons. This led to several deaths during the rescue. During the government of Helmuth Schmidt, the GSG9 was founded in response to this to combat terrorism. Other rapid-fire weapons were given to them which could also be switched to single shots in order to be able to carry out the final rescue shot. The acid test for this special unit was the liberation of the hijacked Lufthansa plane from Landshut to Mogadishu. In order to free the hostages, this unit was secretly flown to Mogadishu in agreement with the government, but it almost went wrong because the operation was leaked to the German press.

GSG 9 is a unit of the federal police but it’s de facto also a secret Intelligence Service who is the only organisation that doesn’t need a mandate by the government to do mission in other countries and assassinate people who can be a danger to Germany. Officially it’s not legal to assassinate or operate in a sovereign country without the permission of that state, but they and the state don't care.
All they have to do at the end is report to the Minister of Defense and the Chancellor. Those reports are also secret and the Media is not allowed to publish about it. The media are also ordered not talk to much about the GSG9. Actually the GSG9 are better trained and they have more and better weapons than the German Army.

Beside of that they finish in higher ranks then their US counterparts in law enforcement competitions (where also FBI HRTs take part) so i would guess their training level is better then in USA.
And tell me when and where german citizens lost their lives because of GSG9?!
What is with Waco?! That was clearly mismanagement of the FBI.

Yeap and let's all not forget that it was the british forces elite unit of the s.a.s. that initially trained all of the g.s.g 9. The same s.a.s. that slaughtered goehrings luftwaffe in africa whilst his aircraft were all still on the ground!
