I feel like the ball bearing test isn't a good indicator of bounciness at all.
First of all, how high the ball goes is greatly dependent on what the upper and highest layer of the sole is made out of--because I don't imagine that ball weighs enough to the point where its actually causing any compression in the cushion.
secondly, wouldn't a lower height on the test indicate that it's MORE bouncy and better for jumping. That ball bounces higher on harder surfaces. On more cushioned and "bouncy" surfaces, the shoe would absorb more of the energy and making the ball bounce less.

Almost none of these tests are reliable. Take the first one for example, there are so many factors affecting a single jump starting from the water intake to what he had eaten, how the legs feel on a day could be different from another etc etc 🤷🏻‍♂️
Same goes for the "sprint test", one day maybe you feel your legs better one day not, the shoes overall specs is the last thing that affect something like that.

Very inaccurate way to test the bounce of the shoe based from just measuring your vertical. You can get different results from the same shoe from multiple attempts. It basically rely on your jumping ability on the day it was measured.
