- After 277 days in Europe and holidays with the family in the United States, it was time to escape to warm weather, sandy beaches, pristine oceans, and unlimited drinks and food! We spent seven days at Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun. This video captures the five things we enjoyed the most.

This hotel is beautiful we stayed in hideaway two weeks staff and mangers in hideaway were fab any concerns there there to listen and put any concerns right very helpful and will do anything to make your holiday the best we have been Mexico many times but this hotel beats the lot we are planning to return restaurant very good beach fab couldn’t fault this hotel well organised 🇲🇽

Are the pool/ foam parties on the adults only side?
Good Morning, the foam party at Royalton Riviera was in the main pool for all to enjoy. They just started at Royalton Splash and also in the main pool area.
Hi I will have a trip to Cancun next month and I was looking your video the hotel was made in 2014 you think the installation looks older? And you think from the tree hotels in royalton which you think is the better options? I ask because I was in the Hyatt one emerald and all the videos about the place make it looks very nice but one time there the place looks very old and the food was bad, I just don’t want to repeat that experience, thanks, wonderful video about Marriott status compare 👍🏼
Thank you for watching. While there were some areas that looked "worn", I definitely would not say that it looked old. Royalton was a great stay for us and we loved and would absolutely go back. I hope this helps and that you have an amazing vacation.
@@permanentnomads743 thanks for the quick respond, what think can be the best option, hideaway or the splash, I will travel with my girlfriend and that room with the jacuzzi in the terrace looks great but the attractions on the splash hotels looks good to spend the day, which one do you recommend? Thanks
If it is just you and your girlfriend, I would definitely recommend Hideaway at Royalton Riviera. While some of the "attractions" at Splash are fun, it's not something we did repeatedly.

Can people from the other Royalton resorts go back and forth from one resort to the other?
Good Evening and thank you for watching. During our stay, Royalton Splash was not offering day passes. Royalton Riviera was, but I do not recall what the price was as we did not go between the two. Please follow up with Splash as they may be offering passes now.

Nope, you are free to enjoy it as much as you wish.
Is this an adult only hotel?
Thank you for watching. The resort as a whole (Royalton Riviera) is a family resort. One third of the resort has been designated adult only (Hideaway at Royalton Riviera). Hope this helps.
Very disappointed no air conditioning in restaurants! No ice machines worked on any floor😮Room service was hour or more wait! Never go again to this resort!
We are very sad to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience. Hopefully all of these issues are being addressed by the resort. We hope all your future travels are nothing but happiness.
