One tip I got from the Met Police a few years back - if someone is stalking and harassing you through calls... if you've accepted the call, make a record of the phone number if you can, start recording the call, then let the call last as long as it does but DO NOT engage with the speaker - you can listen if you want, but it can be very distressing. I often simply put my phone down and leave the room until they hang up. Then report the number(s), time of call(s), phone log and the recording with the appropriate authority in your local district. Stay safe, people.

I never thought I’d be a victim of stalking. But here I am, trying to look up videos of ways to cope with it. He left a note about the things he wanted to do to me at the front desk where I work. He followed me to my car and tried to get me to give him a ride. He kept coming back after being trespassed and having the police called on him. He watched me make lunch through my break room window before I saw him. He just waved and smiled while I screamed at him to leave. The stress from it caused me to have multiple panic attacks. I had to take a week off of work. I love my job. But thinking about going back next week makes my chest tighten up and I start to panic again. What if he comes back. What if he never leaves me alone? Every noise in my house makes me freeze. I have to look at my surroundings constantly. Every person that wears a dark gray hoodie makes me nervous. I feel like I can’t breathe when I see someone that looks like him but isn’t. I find myself having to take deep breaths to keep calm. I don’t even want to drive alone anymore. I used to be able to shop on my own and go around town but now I don’t want to leave my house without my husband by my side. It’s scary because I feel alone in this and my family lives in the lower 48. I don’t know if I’ll ever be normal again.
I read your testimony here and it seems you may have to completely cut all ties to social media, your job and all contact info. Have your car checked for a tracking device somewhere. Go where no one knows where you are. Don't tell people anything about your life and so on. Disappear as best as you're able to. And pray. Ask God to intervene and block this person. Ask God to hide you and protect you with his angels. Ask God to keep you 10 steps ahead of this person. God can do it. He's done it for me! Be safe. ❤

That's the issue especially between people who know the stalker, subtle lines between harassment and stalking, they will blur those lines so that it is difficult for the victim to present the correct evidence. However as they have said, if you know something isn't right about a place or person, trust your instincts.
Unfortunately, family and friends who know the stalker, will not believe you because the stalker has used charm and likability to create a smoke screen to keep them from seeing who he is really.
if you're being stalked... you can never, ever, count on the police & the judicial system to help you.
You will have to pay for outside help to stop the fiend.
If you do not have money, take whatever cash you have, and run & hide.
What kind of outside help? Like a detective?

After I was stalked by a young man I have been made into a target. Especially by the one creep bystander that was the most jealous. The man loves to portray to be who he isn't, creepy, dangerous and forceful.
I always have that gut feeling that my phone is tapped for some reason. My prior friends were extremely toxic and they didn’t take it well when I didn’t want to be friends with them no longer.

I am 68 - for 17 years from manager, super, employees, a negligent landlord miles away with a P.O. Box & residents I have been severely violated as well as the local cops & hospital most of that time using an electric wheelchair and walker- they gang up in 2 or more - to publicly mock, make fun of, harass and terrorize me for no reason whatsoever, seemingly by their jeers, for impish sadistic pleasure. They've committed open theft, felonies and impersonating a lawyer as the manager has done- to fine me $500 for the 24/7 obsessed sicko stalking lunatic over me as he then moved laughing alone in front of the building as he left - renting or selling his unit to another of the same caliber- manager & other residents here mocking, pulling my hair, spitting on me several times when I went on wheelchair to get mail and at least one particular security guy who blatantly permits this as though in the lookout but so far no one will defend me but me - no replies to my letters from any of them - and they got UGLY & loudly lying' in 2 of my sibling's faces who sometimes stopped to see if I am okay- with lies about what they do that they said I do -- it is much worse - I am in poor health in a totally unhealthy situation - that their stalking evil infiltrates any past visitors with fake phoney malicious lies about me - latest letter so cheaply bogus about $500 (bail??) they can keep --for me to use the elevator to move out - cause I will damage service padded elevator/ hold up food service - pretty much imprisoned for years - eavesdropping 24/7 creepy neighbors right left & above with no job up and home at all times reacting to all sounds I make from when I wake up till sleep and get up again - repeatedly doing the same - aggressively approaching me - to laugh in my face. How can this entire city - even law enforcement - make my gut KNOW they are all sickening dangerous/unpredictable / vulture like / no egsageration.
please consider moving, i know its hard. i moved from a family members place as they allowed a pervert from the streets to move in as they help them with rent, but my privacy was invaded and he was playing with his penis in front of me thinking i did not know or he just didnt care, i told him to his face to leave my family member he didnt belong around them. he wanted me to trust him. I blatantly said no way I wouldnt trust you in any way, I dont like you nor will i ever will, he even filmed my body without my permission.sneaking around and pretending to be innocent, i had to get up and leave so i did since my family member wouldnt believe me. so i took all i could and took a bus out of state.

my neighbor broke into my house to rob us and chopped all my hair off, this continues to happen to this day, my hair just keeps getting shorter and shorter. police would not do anything about it, I have no proof, all my camera footage disappeared and my log notebook with days and times what was said also disappeared, I do have recordings of us asleep and you can hear her going through our things and whispering , she has done a lot of damage to our cars, house, yard and if she doesn't take it , she will damage or break things ,still not enough evidence. she tries to scare me and literally has other friends that help her out. They stalk me at my job. its like she is trying to drive me mad so that I react and get myself in trouble and she plays innocent. like if she is the victim , when in reality I am. I ve been ignoring her but it seems to be getting worse as days go by.
The same thing is happening to my friend, she is being stalked. Her neighbor is paying other people to stalk and vandalize her car.
@@emerge777 trip out last night i used a night light and barely got footage of a shadow of a person in my room, while i slept, the fiirst night i couldnt get any footage because the room i sleep in is so dark. the body cam i got so sucks!!! but i also recorded audio on my tablet. someone clearly was in my room. you can hear someone say my name twice and then going thru my purse, this so sucks. im at work i dont want to get fired . the lady i take care of is 96 years old, i have no clue if they have stolen anything , damage yes i see that but theres nothing i can do, i dont want to scare the lady if i tell her anything or get blamed for anything if anything is missing.

Come to find out he could be married & is hiding the fact that he was a serial cheater & has 3 kids & lied he had 2. His ex girlfiend stalks me in my neighborhood too. And i just stay away from people

God doesnt want us going around walking on egg shells or fearful of any man. read Isaiah 41:10.....romans 10:8-10... st John 10:10 The devil come to steal and to kill and to destroy, but I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly.God doesnt tolerate others to touch the apple of his eye, in Jesus christ you will find safety if youll trust him with all your heart. Im being stalked by family
There's this park ranger that bugs me and bugs me, 1 day he locked the porta potty on me, he threatens me and my friends all the time, he yells profanity at me, he follows me, he finds me and then will post up for an hour or so,he called the cops on me and lied to them getting me trespassed from the park, right now I was at a different park and here he comes and chased my friends out now I'm All alone!! And of course he came back and is now just parked for at least 15 minutes now! If he's doing this on the job what's he doing when he's not working!?! Yes I am scared I'm also homeless and by myself!!!!
a family member and neighbor and others have ran me out of my home lied in court followed me more than 3 counties Its been going on for almost 2 years I cant get a lawyer to take my case said I know too much people are dead and I have lost everything including being separated from my father who is isolated in a nursing home there's a tracker on my truck I cant find it I quit calling 911 I got a gun
