This always annoyed me, if the prenup was void due to Samantha being underage then the marriage certificate itself would’ve been void and she would still get nothing.

Not exactly. This entire trial would’ve ended and they would’ve set a new trial, new date, new judge, new terms, new everything. At that trial the attorney’s would state what they are bringing forward. However, the prenuptial agreement would still be thrown out.
