Nice, but I would be very worried during heavy rain, the way the house is situated, water will flow down to the front door.

What is the square footage and the size of the lot? It looks like a really pretty tiny home on a beautiful tiny hill just waiting for a landslide for luxury mansion prices. But then maybe I’ve watched too much Enes.🤔🤷🏼‍♀️
