I have a 2012 vstrom 650, absolutely love it, such an alrounder. It must be always on your mind watching out for bears. In Australia the bears are small but your bears will rip your head off and then steal your bike . Keep up the great vids.

A V-Strom is definitely a Adventure bike just ask Nora she and her boyfriend rode a pair of 650s across three continents.

How do you rate the 705's on dirt/gravel tracks?

The 705s are great for dirt/gravel/hwy! The only thing they don't do is slick mud. For the price and performance they are hard to beat. I get about 6500/7000 miles out of the rear. Chaparral Motorsports did a review of them and they were pretty high on the list compared to other tires overall. th-cam.com/video/gjtgLz1LjnE/w-d-xo.html if you want to check it out!
