HOW TO PREPARE FOR A RACE

- I was hoping to make a “500 watts for 8 minutes” video, but it ended up being a “how to prepare for a race” video due to bad weather..
I was really looking forward to this prologue, because I’m a big fan of climbing hills that takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Hopefully it was a little bit interesting to see what I’m doing before a race. This was the first day of Tour of Rhodes which is a 2.2 UCI category race.
Team Coop Repsol endes up as the second best team and we got Andre Drege third in the GC!

Hi Cedrik, you look dialed in on the bike. Good fit angles. Can you explain more on frame size and bike fit? In particular the 0 offset seat post and forward position on the bike.
Thanks! I’m riding a 56 frame and I’m 182cm. I have my cleats fully back and my saddle 5cm behind centre of the crank. I have always been riding like that and I really like it!
