- Classic Game Room revews the STARGATE Pinball Machine by Gottlieb produced in 1995 which is based on the 1994 movie, Stargate! SHOOT THE PYRAMID! This mid-90's pinball machine has the music and sound effects from the awesome Science Fiction classic, Stargate. Kurt Russel and James Spader are featured on the ramps, the video screen delivers fun scenes from the movie and you'll play your way through numerous adventures as you rack up big points on the Stargate pinball playfield. The back glass has a cool look to it and the overall machine is challenging and fun to play for Stargate and pinball fans. This CGR review of Stargate pinball has gameplay from the Stargate pinball machine at PAPA World Headquarters, home of the Pinball World Championships.

I was waiting for the voice to eventually say "SHOOT THE PYRAMID! SHOOT THE GUARD ON YOUR LEFT! DO A BARREL ROLL!"
I owned this game years ago at an old apartment of mine. I'm so glad you got the Glidercraft to come out of the pyramid. That was always fun watching my friends freak out when that came out! Good review of the table... my only problem is, how do I convince the wife I need another one? Lol
my favourite gottlieb pinball was TWILIGHT ZONE, always weird stuff and I love the "special ball" is just a rubber ball but sure ir bounces!!!
That was Bally
My favorite Gottlieb-machine for the moment , played it today. It's a really fun machine !
That is a great looking pinball machine! Nice choice for a review.
That's one of the most amazing pinball machines i've seen.
5 Minutes till the end of the world and I'm watching Mark review a pinball machine . I wouldn't have it any other way.
"Ah, whatever the opposite of bunny way is."
Amazing. Just amazing.
lol at the sexy voice at the end. "Another coin please". Baby you can have all the coins you want, LMAO.
Oh wow, what an awesome machine.
Awesome table!!
that looks fun. reminds me of the times at the arcade, though i've never played that pinball game, nor seen the movie..
Mark reviews a lot of cool pinball machines I'd want to play. I wish they all can be remade as new Pinball FX 2 tables.
Why does the playlist always bring me back to this video?
I wish I bought this machine back when I used to see it for 2 grand and less.
I honestly wasn't interested in Pinball Machines until Mark...I really want to play with a pinball machine so bad..
It's time for CGR to come back.
The pinball arcade must do this one!
"Do a barrel roll!" "Do a barrel roll!"
"Shoot the bunny!" *smirk*
"Erm...no. Shoot the pyramid! Shoot the pyramid!"
What a coincidence. I played this pinball machine in the D.C area's Pinball museum just a few days ago.
pinball machine in the 90's are better than the pinball machine's now
Wow, this may actually be a decent Gottlieb machine. I've never seen this one before.
You're awesome man!!
I want a pinball machine in my room! :D
Man, I haven't had the chance to play pinball in ages.
Awesome, I never knew there was a pinball machine based on the movie, the only Stargate game I had is the Sega Genesis version. :P
This game has balls. LITERALLY
Mac wants the flamethrower!
now that i saw it in the background, I realy hope u have a "revenge from mars" review prepared.. )
Somebody should revive Gotliebe. It would be nice to have somebody else make machines besides Stern.
It looks like that place is putting machines under category groupings. It looks like that "Mar's Attacks" (Or, whatever it was called. (D'Oh! Revenge from Mars. It would bite me in the face for being so blind.)) is to the left and it's neighbor is that space shuttle game. Thought I recognized another sci-fi machine, inbetween.
I am very surprised that there isn't a Mame style pinball arcade that uses multiple LCD's to play most pinballs that ever existed. 3DS style 3D screens might be nice.
My local arcade happens to own a Space Jam pinball machine and a 007 pinball machine.
lawl when i was at the arcade a week a go i saw a baywatch pinball.
@ChadzBeerReviews I was at The Pinball Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. They had a machine there that promoted itself as having the largest multi-ball prize to ever be seen. And, it wasn't kidding. So many silver balls. So little flipper control over all of them.
Gottlieb machines always have good music.
Hey Mark - don't shoot the pyramid. What did it ever do to you? For all you know, there could be a stockpile of flamethrowers inside!!!
More pinball please!
my favorite pinball machine of all time is the metallica premium deluxe addition (i had to look that name up) for the simple reasons of: 1. It is very fun for both beginners and experienced pinball players and 2. It's well metallica how can anything with metallica and pinball in the same name be bad? thats right it cant!
I remember playing this arcade machine in my father's Cafe back when I was in 3rd grade, don't have a clue what happened to it :(.
3:15 I want that T-Shirt !!
Classic Pinball Room
he's a pinball wizard!
Or just over £80 :) I do know how to soldier not sure i'd now how to do anything else but you raise a great point thanks for the tip and i'll certainly start reading up on how to keep these machines in good nick :)
Mark, do they have the LotR pinball ? that one was epic, it had the balrog and everything. I would LOVE to see that one again
I LOVE YOU MARK!! NO HOMO!!
this is the great game forever
When I have my own house and enough money i'm so going to have a game room and I will have Pinball Machines and Arcade machines :) I'm just I can earn enough money for that kind of thing :)
Revenge from mars pinball game looks sick, do a review on that one.
I was hoping it would say shoot the pyramid again at the end. Oh well!
Shoot the Pyramid! (+1 quarter for mark xD )
Classic cooking channel!
@godspersoneljester Oh, it is. Has that monitor tucked away to shine crazy images at you as you play. Talk about something as unique as Baby Pac-Man.
@ivarra5 Pinball machines are awesome, I wish there were more arcades with pinball machines near me.
kvj1989 yeah, they should just cancel universe and bring atlantis back, but bring some of the characters from universe to atlantis, because there are some characters i actually like. if they want some backstory of how it happened, this is how it should go. eli got drunk and fucked up the controls of the ship, it crash landed on a planet that coincidently also had atlantis on it, and everyone except eli and rush dies. after some psychotherapy, they join the atlantis team. what do you think?
REVIEW DUKE NUKEM FOREVER !!! THEY LIVE !!!
Awesome Pinball Machine but...Is it on the Vectrex?
STARGATE!!!
@deadwaldo Yes! I see that Visual Pinball was ported into UltraPin inside an actual pinball arcade frame. Now, I wonder if I'll ever see one in real life?
Review the Original Gorgar Pinball machine from The William's Collection
he really needs to do attack from mars next :3
I want you to find the "SEGA R-360" Arcade Cabinet and test it out.. that video could be so much win :)
CREE!!!!!!
I like objectives, indeed.
How I wish I can download that app on my mobile phone Devices, to play that game,,☺️
@jupreindeer
Yes there actually two of them: Visual Pinball and Future Pinball, check' em on google.
I don't know why he doesn't just make Classic Pinball Room
I hope you reviewed Star Wars Episode I pinball machine
@ferhound nice reference
@rickthegunslinger Yes! finally someone that agrees.
@Howlin000 You don't have the reflections while filming :-) Watch a review where the glass is on, then you will see the difference,...
Liked the movie, but after watching the whole SG-1 and Atlantis series', it's so weird to see Kurt Russell as O'neill......
Dude, does this pinball table remind you of Star Wars in anyway?
Someone needs to show Mark Black Knight 2000
If you wanna listen to some awesome podcasts of retro pjnball machines and arcade games look for GameRoomJunkies @ gameroomjunkiesdotcom and the silverball podcast those guys are great at explaining these old games and giving some repair tips
@8BitAwesome eat up batteries fro rumble feature though. tried playing without rumble but it just didnt feel the same, so.......... spent alot of money on batteries XD
Sounds like Strider on the Mega Drive/Genesis.
Can you do a review of Revenge form Mars
serious Question now...Lets say I am interested in buying this pinball for private use...How does I go on such a quest to get this?
@car45j34
Because Mark knows that a pinball machine is a gaming system :)
So how many times was the pyramid actually shot?
Wow, playing without the glass.
Atlantis was the best out of all of them.
Now if only it was on the show rather than the movie...
@kvj1989 hellz yeah.
I am a pinball miser! I have this one and 22 other "A" list pins in storage, never played them don't have the room for them.
+Schol Tech Your kidding ? Sell them to someone who will play them and give them a good home.
@car45j34 He has one, I thought, and, Pinball is a game, it makes sense.
Is their a Pinball Machine based on Stargate SG-1?
Hey Mark could you review The Witcher 2?
@futuramaguy42 Me too. If there was, I'd spend all my money there..
Shoot the pyramid XD
I liked the series more than the movie.
@car45j34 anyway pinball is better than those cheesy toy reviews his mind is flooded with
No Star Wars pinball machine review?
did it ever tell you to shoot the pyramid
@gamewiz71 Umm dude did you read my comment?
It was a joke lol.
@car45j34 he did.
real men watch in 240p!!
cool!
Did you shoot the pyramid?
up next. pokemon pinball maybe?
it sounds like a sega genisis.
