Simon Griffiths never have I seen that happen. Usually a ball gets stuck behind the tab above the top right flipper but that's nothing a tilt or some patience won't fix. When the game senses no activity it will move random things to remove a trapped ball.
You press a little bit harder on the button. While it's fully pressed down you let go of the button slightly and now you can just use the top right flipper individually.
Not the way you want a high score. I had a NASCAR Pinball game do something like that to me. I gave up and walked away. Couldn't even TILT it. Nice skills though. Played a Monopoly one for almost 10 minutes once. Got in the top 10.

This is definitely not the first stargate that's ever done that. the software does NOT handle it well as you see.
