Thanks again sir easy...your videos are very helpful po para sa amin na may hilig din sa pagscreen print...again sir easy...big thanks & God bless po...
Very good video. I have done today this experiment with 30 W Havell LED light which I bought from a local store at INR 425.00. Exposing the screen for 2, 4, 6 & 8 minutes gives very good result. I use SONAKOTE & Bichromate sensitizer. 2 pouches of sensitizer (each 3.5 gms.) should me mixed thoroughly with 100 ml water. Take SONAKOTE according to your requirement and mix the diluted sensitizer thoroughly. Leave the imulsion in a coll dark place at about 1 hour to get rid of the bubbles. Coat uniformly on both side of the screen and make the screen dried in a dark chamber. As to the proportion of SONAKOTE & sensitizer it requires some experiment though one teaspoonful of sensitizer is enough for 50 ml. SONAKOTE. Thanks.
Thank you Sir. A very nice experiment to determine the right exposure time. You really take great efforts to teach us these simple & basic tutorials. I think that the slightly uncleared numbers from 14 to 24 due to overexposure will give a cracked & rugged kind of print detail. Personally I prefer this cracked print designs more than the fine detailed ones. Again thank you Sir. I have subscribed your channel.
Your video is great! very easy to follow. I have great result using your method combine with sunlight. I wanted to try LED light, so I went out to buy a similar strength LED light, the one I got is a 27W, 1500 lumens LED flat lens ceiling spotlight. I didn't buy a bulb with a separate light base. After 13 minutes of exposing from 20'' away... nothing happens. I can't see the white mark on the screen when I lift away the film to check... Can you tell me what was wrong?
I am sure you have solved your problem by now, but make sure the LED has a full spectrum or "daylight". Some bulbs exclude some of the wavelengths and don't have enough UV.
@Easy thank you for your tutorial sir. all your t-shirt printing tutorials are very informative. Do you mind to share the song title towards the end of the video? thank you.
Hi, thank you so much for the video, this is really really helpful. I am confused about the lighting you are using. After the first dry you take it to do another coat with the light on is it right? Does it not expose the screen to that light?
If you Notice that the the Photo Emulsion is Dry you can apply second coating Right-away...it's easy to identify if the Photo emulsion is already dry....
questions re screen prep: how long should it take for the emulsion to dry and the screen to be properly exposed in a 500-watt halogen lamp? and how far should i place the screen from the light source?
The Photo Emulsion Dries within 15 to 30 minutes using Electric Fan, you have to Experiment determine the Right Exposure Time for your 500-watt Halogen lamp and the Distance is 20 to 30 inches from the Screen....:)
There are different colors of photo emulsion when mixed with sensitizer, the orange liquid I applied on screen stencil is hardener, it will make the screen stencil durable....although there photo emulsion that don't need a hardener...
Hey bro first I appreciate all this tutorials you are helping us with...I have been trying to screen print and for my exposure unit I use a 200w led light and been exposing my screens for 4 minutes...I am yet to have a successful print. Some paint passes through the screen and destroys everything...where am I going wrong?
It seems that your Screen stencil easily break during printing, these are some possible reason- 1.) maybe you need to expose you're screen to led light some more, maybe 5 or 6 minutes. 2.) Maybe you need to apply hardener on you're screen stencil and 3.) Maybe its the brand of Photo Emulsion.

Hello I have a question every time I expose 2,4,6,8,10 minutes all ways wash off everything. Why ? My light source it’s two lamps. 25 watts each so it’s 50 w. I ready change two different emolutions

Hello! I'm brazilian. Why your emulsion is yellow, and what is the orange liquid that you pass after the development?

What will be best time for 500watt led light
You really have to experiment to know the Right time

How much the emulution take to dry
And exposing time of under sun light
After coating the Screen with Photo Emulsion let it dry in a DIM area, you can use electric Fan to dry it....then if you will Expose it to SUNLIGHT be sure not Over-Exposed it...10 SECONDS is enough....
