amazing note all. this process is very tricky, just keep perfecting the process, it will help. carefull also using the sun, pick time like 10am to 1pm 3 to 5 seconds, 3pm to 5pms longer but it dpnds on your mix. this vid is very straight forward and practical. Goodluck and happy printing all

I think the photosensitizer of TULCO is forgiving...he can even work on ambient room light during the preparation of the screen without risk of it being developed/sensitized.

What kind of magic did you use to get yours in place? It's been frustrating, to be honest. These days, the thought of printing more than one colour scares me because I just might mess it up again and again. Most of the time I just let it dry naturally since it's water-based, but you can use hair blower or exposed the printed t-shirt under the heat of the sun to dry the paint faster.

It's easier to see through the screen when the designs are big, yes right consistency of ink makes it possible because once you screen print non or very small amount of ink was left on the openings of the screen stencil which make it possible to see through....

There are photo emulsions that don't need a hardener if that's the kind of Photo Emulsion available in your area then you don't have to apply a Hardener...anyway the Hardener I'm using is available here: www.tulco.net/

Usually t-shirt cost here is P150 (US$3) each and printing is around P100 to P150 pesos (US$2 - US$6) so the Total cost for t-shirt and printing is P250 to P300 (US$5 to US$6) each....
