This channel is destroying all myths that you need high expensive machinery to screen print detailed graphics but my man is using the most simplest tools easily available for his work...I am about to start screen printing...bought everything I could the only thing I don't have is an exposure unit which is hard to get here in Kenya but I will DIY with some woods and a I just bought 200w Watts led floodlight...I didn't get UV types locally available where I am...I am confident through your videos that I can be able to print anything with your help in these videos

I tried the cooking oil trick a couple of days ago. I was really surprised! the lines were really clean, even on an old screen. I guess because the oil holds the images directly onto the screen......

I used table adhesives on pads so that t-shirts will stick to it making it stable during printing....

Oil has no effects on t-shirts...oil also washes out during washing of screen stencils....

what is the difference btw water base and plastisol paint which is better?
I used Water-Based Paint because the materials used is cheaper and Easy to Cure....Plastisol inks is better for Complicated designs like CMYK Process and inks doesn't dry unless Cured, ideal for mass printing....
To stick the graphic any cooking oil can be used?Also how much time you wait for photo hardener to dry?
any cooking oil will do...it will take 15 to 30 minutes for the hardener to dry...

Hi...after i print one t shirt when want print the second t shirt my screen will dry...what can i do ?
My mesh is 100 and i use water base ink.. thanks alot
Screen dries faster in between prints if you leave it longer than it should- so you have to move fast, hot environment and circulating air can also make your screen dry faster, so it is advisable that you do the printing on cold environment or location...you can do the printing in the morning or evening if it's too hot during the day...or you can ask your supplier if they have Retarder or other chemicals that can prolong the drying Time of your ink or paint...

I Just use the Eye....the Color on Top of White is a Little Bigger than BASE WHITE so that WHITE Underneath will not Peek Through....

I used Bond paper...the printer is Epson L120 series...using ordinary dye ink...

It's Easier to Print Dark Color on Light Colored T-shirts or Materials...

How do you line up the screen so accurately. I dont see any guide in lining up the screen. There is no overlap is such right print.

Hello bro. Can i ask something. Will there be any unwanted adhesive table that stick to the shirt after u remove the shirt from the shirt pad? If there is any left then, how will u remove it?
It will be remove when you wash the T-shirts.....and there are other brands of Table Adhesive that don't ATTACH to T-shirt after printing....

Black overlaps white....I intentionally make it that way....that's why its important to learn how to make layouts.....

Yes pwede na po black T-shirt ang WB pag may halong SW and Pigment, ito yung tinatawag na Opaque Paints...mas mahirap lang Kulayan pag madaming Superwhite kaya kailangan marami ding Pigment....

hi po ngtry po ako pero ang nbili ko po is ung bulb type na 30watts tpos gumamit ako p.emulsion er ng tulco ung ready mix npo no nid diazo... then try ko po expose 6mins pero dpo kumapit ung design sa screen pagtanggal ko ng bondpaper tpos madali rin po mawashout ung emulsion ano po kaya problem non? kulang sa exposure time po ba?

@@Rbear266 Screen Printers Used to use WATER-BASED Textile PAINTS before the Invention/Arrival of the Plastisol Paints....Water-Based Textile Paints is still used by few Screen Printers and still available in Screen Printing Supply stores but not as Popular as the Plastisol Paints....

Yes Table Adhesive po ang tawag, sticky ito kahit tuyo na para kumapit ang t-shirt...Colorless ang kulay nito pero sa katagalan nagiging itim dahi sa mga Hibla ng t-shirts na naiiwan kada gamit.....

How do I align two separated positives on different stencils accurately
The Important thing here is the WHITE, I Center the Design on the Shirt Pad so that the Print will Always Land at the Center of the T-shirts then Remaining colors are just manually aligned on the First Color White during printing....

24 and 30 watts po yung ginagamit kong LED lights, pwede ka rin gumamit ng mas mataas na Watts ng LEDs para mas mabilis mag-Expose....:)
