2006 GMC Yukon - Wheel Bearing Replacement

I have a flopping noise in my tire I was sure it was a broken steel belt or a bearing. was told that it could be the Slime tire sealant I put in it. It's like 12 or 14 oz.

Thanks great. Do I need to buy OEM expensive. Or can I just go on eBay and get the cheap one.
