Got an 89 2500 with f250 swaped straight axels. Running 44 boggers 19.5 wide. But running into turning issue with the front traction bars... do i need them? 12" lift on it.
So the traction bars are gonna prevent axle wrap. If you’re just driving on the road, it probably doesn’t matter if you took them off. If you’re Offroad, you probably want to keep them.
Ok. They are located between the struts knuckle and the hub, if I relocate them to opposite side of knuckle, going at about a 15 to 20 degree angle to custom cradle, would they still function? If I had to put a bend in them, would that work?
