Hey its the JP Jeep from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back! Great to see her still hanging round! I remember commenting on a Cali wheeling video a long time ago about how impressed I was she was hanging tough with everyone, way to go chick!
Probably gunna say it every video, but thank God the Lite Brite nation got Chris. Knowledgeable, funny and definitely ready to take the channel to the next level.
Great video- would love a breakdown of what tools you need to do a gear swap as well as any differences between a JL and JK. I've never seen a puller like the one he used for the carrier bearings. If I end up in St George before I swap gears I'll be calling on you guys!
Fun "day at the office" Kevin & Chris! Hi Dad! Shop is amazing and looks like things are coming along nicely. Gotta make an appointment this summer to eval my WK and see what it needs (...besides a JLU...! Thought I'd beat all the "commenters" to the punch). Oh, Hi to you too Brit! Nice to see you again. LiteBriteNationFloorsIt!
I’m sure this is an inappropriate comment, but I was just mentioning to my wife that Kevin and Brittany had a new video up. I also mentioned to her that Brittany wasn’t in it, but her cleavage sure was! 😂😂😂
The shops awesome & Chris is a really good person for it. People can get honest reasonable work done if they can make it to you guys. Thanks for the videos & enjoy the family reunion
Seeing the Jurassic Park Jeep get a front locker, I'm curious. I have a 2018 JLU Sahara with a limited slip in the rear and the open front diff. Do people ever add a locker in the front and leave a limited slip in the rear diff? Also, If I'm not rock crawling, would it be unwise to spend money on a front locker on the Dana 30 that is in the front?
Great video. Really enjoyed the walk through of the build. Learned a lot. Like understanding why you swap different things out. Also helps me ask better question when I want something done that I can’t do myself.
Loving the new shop!! Wouldn't know what to do without mine, it is so nice having a lift!!! Looking forward to meeting up at the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion!!!!
LB. Very good workshop install with the Jeep 'General Purpose' JK owners crew ! Did Chris think of also using Poly lift spacers on coil springs for comfort ? V.
Did you just measure the old crush sleeve to get the right crush sleeve eliminators height? Erica needs to do a video of installing the front locker in her YJ, and what locker is she using and why? Thanks
I wish I could have! My hands were absolutely covered in grease and oil 😫It all works great though! Chris and our friend Ryan helped me out during installation when my Jeep threw me a curve ball (apparently my front axle is split into two parts on the right side). I installed a TORQ locker model number "TL-13027 DANA 30" which I chose because of a combination of price, durability, and functionality. It only engages in 4wd so normal highway driving is unaffected (no ratcheting) and it is made in USA
@@dougharlow6037 We did not even know it was split so we just put it back in as it was. Apparently it's a good thing because it still allows the wheels to freespin disconnected from the front gears when not in 4wd which saves wear on the drivetrain and helps with mpgs. A vacuum line allows the the split axle to lock together when 4wd is engaged (so it's like locking hubs)
Congrats Brittany on passing your Utah driving test. Just took mine also and passed. Open book was not that easy. But we never have to to it again. 👍🏻🇺🇸
I've been a huge fan of the wheeling but I love the new content with all the builds! Lite Brite is the best off road channel out there. Looking forward to seeing you at the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Hope to get out on the trail with you. Will you do an E3 invite?
I didnt think I would enjoy the shop videos.. but just something about yall doing it makes it enjoyable and a smile on my face.. yall are awesome.. Also.. I took for granted all the work y'all do on the editing.. I attempted to edit some video from a gopro hero 8 I just got and its terrible.. not only that but all the leg work on getting the trail footage really sucked just for the video to come out looking like its flat ground.. idk how yall do it, or how Britney did it the last several years.. but it does explain why she is in great shape!! No workout needed running the camera!! Lol Keep up the awesome work. (Any pointers for a first time video editor attempt? What editing software is worth a little cash?)
@@trjnsd6874 thank you, ill look into that software. And I tried to keep horizon level but being surrounded by trees and rocks it was definitely hard to get along side of the vehicles.. especially on the grade of the incline and tighter trails. I also don't know how to use the gopro hero 8 yet.. its a learning experience on all the functions and settings. I tried a couple different options and it seemed like the standard view seemed to catch the best color and less blow out... but again.. just started and learning as I go. I have a trip to Colorado this month that I'll be doing the black bear pass and those surrounding JBOH trails.. not sure the best location to mount the gopro for that yet either?
As someone who works in the supply chain world I can confirm that shipping delays are mostly in part due to the market being really constrained ($$$$ to move stuff) and a lack of drivers per loads available to move.
Awesome video content....great videos...very informative.....Chris is a master tech....great addition to the channel with the content...🐶 Jelly always having fun with friends.....egarly awaiting your next video....Safe travels Enjoy and have fun @ the reunion
Kevin and Brittany- please post some footage of the ultra4’s exhaust setup. It sounds so freaking epic! I’m curious if it’s 8-1, 180 primaries, or something else.
I think Kevin should start every episode eating Twizlers. Chris is an awesome addition to the channel, gets shit done and is funny while doing it. Jurassic Park Jeep is Jurassic Park Jeep. You guys need your own Jurassic Park Jeep.
I have dreamed my whole life of owning a older Jeep, 1970 thru 74, eather cj5 or cj7 but i never had enough money to get one and now that I'm disabled from destroying my lower back i know this dream is over and I'm only 51 years old, i worked in construction for 34 years but during slow times i had to do some other jobs here and there
Question - When I go from 35's to eventually 37's...maybe 39's how soon after should I re-gear? I am not ready yet, but it will be in my future soon enough.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE BUILD VIDEOS. I have an issue with my JK, was wondering if you guys might have some advice to give: I bent my front lower control arm bracket on a tree stump. What could this affect and should I be worried about it? Welcome any other advices as well, outside of bigger tires :) LITE BRITE NATION!
Kev, Brit and kie. I noticed something BIG wrong on the channel!!! Why are there only 179K Subs AND NOT 1,79M Subscribers. ALL LITE BRITE VIDS ARE AWESOME...🤠
you want to have a preload that way when your tires spinning at it's Max and grabs traction and it puts a lot of pressure on those bearings it's always tight and there's a preload so that way it's got a set .. torque that you cannot over stress it and make it come loose.. yeah that crush sleeve no longer crushes...it just a sleeve...

When I drive anywhere I see "CDL driver needed". Combination of the way drivers are treated by owners and the BS the US DOT is putting drivers through is the reason there are driver shortages everywhere. You guys are so fortunate. All those years of hard work are paying off. Wish you the best of luck.
Great build video. You'll get the hang of forklifting. Spread your forks on those heavy loads. Drag the lift back an inch or so so you don't catch the pallet on the other side of the truck. Maybe tip back a bit before lifting so the pallet doesn't lean with the weight toward the one opposite. Jeeze, I'm supposed to be retired from forklift instruction...
Was there an executive order or something a few years ago, that said veterans no longer have to go to VA hospitals? The forklift driving had me a little nervous, but nothing fell or broke so no worries. 😁😁

Chris, you are an absolute gem of a mechanic and person! Lite Brite content, so awesome!

Yea she is hott no doubt
Again, only reason I clicked on the video was because of the cleavage. Can't be more honest than that. The rest was cool though.
Was just thinking that......okay working on a jeep and then hello nurse
Never has anyone been more interested in a Utah Drivers License. She knows her audience pretty well.
Looks like the day care center is rocking and rolling with the Jeep builds.
Not going to lie, dogs playing at the end was my favorite part of the video. Love following along with you guys’ journey! Keep it up🤙🏻

Next time Kevin better share some of those Twizzlers!!
Loving these build vids! How frickin rad is it to have your own shop hey!!
Liking the direction of this channel..always prefer shop and remodel videos over the actual rock crawling stuff.
Type II with a half gallon of Lemonade! Love it!
These build videos are by far the best videos you’ve made to date. Keep it up!
Holy smokes Brittany!
I mean like how anybody gets anything done around there is beyond me!
