I know that the PFAS military claims mainly Air Bases) are a part of this same lawsuit that deals with other military bases. Now their disease list is showing different types of exposure with Testicular cancer being at the top of the list. So, are these clients falling under a tier system also? and if so, what does their pay scale look like?
Hi, Rob. We wish we could give you a more precise answer, but the truth is that the government is still fleshing out the compensation system. The current tiers only represent a small number of conditions; however, we feel confident others will be addressed. Further, if you suspect you have a claim, we highly recommend speaking to an attorney about all of your options under the law.
@robertellington2683 This can be done in a number of ways. In most cases, if we have information about the family member who was based at Camp Lejeuene (most likely your father), we can then obtain service records, which would confirm the dates at Camp Lejeune and whether base housing was provided. Please let us know if we can be of assistance by giving us a call at (877) 941-2615 or filling out a contact form on our website: www.joyelawfirm.com/contact-us/

May I ask ... What steps are you taking to assist claimants with obtaining supportive documentation of having lived in Base Housing (Tarawa Terrace II)?
@karenmaitland8676 We assist our clients in requesting and obtaining available military records evidencing when and where they were stationed and housed. We also review any additional personal records our clients maintain that may assist in establishing evidence of where they were housed on base.
