It was a superb debate . The relevance of Gandhi.The Panelists have provided a great variety of facets of Gandhi -dialogue, non-violence, downtrodden, sustainability, minority rights, secularism, Harijan/dalith, honesty &integrity, principled politics, dignity in international relations and neighbors - Gandhian thoughts&philosophy has its relevance.
mahatma gandhiji ki jai!!!!I agree with sitaram on most of his points but gandhiji was not in the least responsible for Shaheed bhagat singhs death,he had written a letter to the british about acquittal of bhagat singhs death. the murder of sanders and the hanging of bhagat singh is the real issue,why don't you disgrace other mass leaders because you feel comfortable with gandhiji he embraced criticsm with a smile ,a true sign of democratic leader.##the real patriots##

dr kancha Ilaiah should study history he seemsto be a complete failure in interpretation of history.will he recognize hitler as non-violent.mahatma Gandhi was the most non-violant leader in history, an upholder of virtues,values and indian culture .long live mahatma gandhijis legacy!!
