Great overview from a current studio owner. I would love to see a deep dive into the 1 bdrm vs studio purchase comparison. A 1 bedroom unit would be great if you are actually living in the unit or if you stay at your unit regularly (full size fridge etc..) But for an investor, which is better? Considering occupancy rates for studio vs 1 bdrm and room rates, I would love the comparison of these types of units. I'm considering purchasing a 1 bdrm now that I have a studio but not sure if its worth the additional cost as an investor. Thanks
You didnt mention the HOA fees that maybe eating value and you will be living next to a construction zone with the Wynn owned lot. There is little value to pay the Trump organization a licensing fee when it doesn't add value and turns off potential buyers.

It’s valet only so you can park in valet. As long as you have an active reservation you can have a car there 👍
