For some reason, I had a hard time understanding what exactly this lady was trying to tell me, but after talking with her for a few minutes, I understood she was saying the battery kept draining and that's why the engine isn't starting. I suspect there is a simple battery draw causing this problem. It is possible that the battery draw is intermittent, which is making it harder to diagnose.

Its the smart alternator. My 2018 was having exact same issue. Unplugged that thing and problem solved

My 2017 Armada has this issue.
Is this video (linked) the same thing to unplug?
Mine is at the mechanic now.
Definitely one of the Armada mysteries for this specific model.
Random times the battery will be drained and not start. No specific pattern. Maybe between errands maybe first thing in the morning. If unplugging this thing from the video doesn’t hurt the function of the car and fix the problem I may try it…but if it’s functional and could cause other issues I don’t want to unplug it. This issue has been an elusive one.

Hello and thank you for the comment my friend. Yes, unfortunately electrical problems can be difficult to diagnose and fix at times. However, any qualified mechanic should be able to trace down the root cause and determine what is causing the battery to drain. This is done by doing a simple battery draw test.
