What would've made this scene even more impressive and brilliant is if they printed fake jewellery replicas that they had been given from the necklace before they entered the building, especially the stylist. Someone that close to the necklace would have been watched like a hawk and they would definitely notice that she wore earrings out of the building and not entering it.

@@kumottakun6089 I don’t know much about the details of jewelry but I do know there’s a way to know how much a diamond is worth base off of its karats. In the case of this necklace the diamonds are extremely rare and expensive so they have certain “look” I guess. Wish I can go into more details but this all I know/understand
Expensive diamonds are not only big but pure as well. So even if the fake necklace was made from diamonds (cheaper, law quality ones) still the guy would be able to detect its not original (in case the customer would try to replace a couple of original expensive unique diamonds with cheaper ones). I mean people who do that job are real professionals it is so obvious for them when the stones are not even diamonds.
I mean the jeweler looks at how pure the diamond is, its clarity, color (because it only looks colorless to us, but it can have more of the yellow hue or less and the professional can assess it according to the special scale). And expensive diamonds have documentation which describe all parameters. So basically he can just look at the diamond and check whether it's parameters are the same as the documentation says. So when the stones are really big and unique it must be really easy to check whether they are original ones or some replacement.
