It is a beautiful truck, which deserves to be restored to its original state while maintaining its color. A lot of work on the rear frame but that's your specialty. Good luck and that unexpected wrongs do not come out.👍👍

Would love to watch you fix my Ram Promaster van I built to travel in. It has front end damage from a head on collision. It is in Madisonville Tennessee. 63,000 miles, it was loved.
I say replace the frame, just because you can section it doesn't mean you should section it. If you section the frame it will change the energy impacting abilities of the frame. The frame is designed to twist and deform like it did you absorb energy from an impact.
Pay attention to what this guy said sectioning the frame is a 1/2 a** job.

Ivan. You need to judge if the frame is bent, where it will be impossible to get it to normal or a safe range. From my point of view, I think if I were you, I would be replacing the frame if safety is involved... take care, thanks 😊

That frame is put together in sections so it can go back together in sections.

Guys since this is such a nice truck other than the damage I would buy a new frame! It would make this truck an outstanding vehicle for you Guys or for resale if that is your plan! I like this Ford better as a shop truck than the GM red truck you Guys rebuilt! Anyhow I am looking forward to seeing you Guys fix this truck and give it new life!

Part it out and cut your losses! That frame is a pretzel. Frame should be replaced. It will never be right. Sectioning it in is definitely your style.
That is a fully boxed frame. It is much stronger than the Chevrolet. I think it is also powder coated.
Is that frame post supposed to move that much? Curious. I have never used one but it looks so sketchy lol

That's the worst dog tracking truck I have ever seen still moving under it's own power. LOL
Sure, it would be nice to put in a new/used frame but it’s a lot of work removing cab, engine, all drive line parts, suspension etc etc for the swap. Section in a new rear end frame piece if you’re happy with the alignment. Time is money 👍👍🍻

If you value your reputation I would replace the whole frame. That thing is really twisted and even if you can straighten it the thing will be weak. Don't spoil the job. It is worth repairing properly as it is such low mileage. 👍👍
I'm sure you guys will get through this. But this is way more work than I would have gotten into. You are going to need to replace the frame. This was listed as a run and drive and it obviously was not. Could you have refused to accept the truck because of that? It seems like the bids went higher because it was listed as run and drive.
Run and drive only means it will start and move... even if it was missing the entire rear axle, this truck still ran and drove.

Ford say the 2023 super duty frame is made of high strength steel ,your frame machine may have problems pulling this type of steel. Just replace frame Cleveland power and performance have 2022 frame for sale is this any good for you.
