never put yourself in danger over emergency vehicles, only pull over if it's safe to do so.
i will have to agree with that, specially police but even if it's an ambulance, I'm not going to do something stupid or risky to let them pass. I usually until I have a good spot to let them pass I step on the gas a little more just to not hold them back too much but that's it. Saving someone else's live it's not going to be done putting my live and my kids lives in danger, specially on the road.

I love the sound the engine is making when you use the engine brake.
Cruise controls: Pulling it back and holding or just taping increases speed, pushing it to the front decreases speed.. Raising the engine brake lever all the way up turns the cruise control off and if you want to resume cruise control at the speed you were going before just push the lever one time forwards, and the easiest way to control it when your foot is foot the gas pedal, you can increase to the wanted speed faster... It's the most complicated cruise control i've ever seen, but when you get used to it it's ok, sometimes it looks like i doesnt work, but it just doesn't show speed because of all the errors like abs and shit like that.. :D
My brother is a truck driver too, I was couple of times with him on trip a week long, it looks at first like best job in the world, but it has a lot of though times, stress, bad drivers on road etc etc..Let God keep you safe people!

In my eyes, that crack is not obscuring the drivers view, it would go thru EU approval.

First off I want to thank you for making these videos it's really helpful to watch them. Second do you like change the truck everytime(every delivery it's different)? and if so are all of the trucks you drive automatic or with a stick shift(manual transmission)? Again thank you for your time and stay safe.
Lucky EU rules in the US regulations are. A crack or discoloration in the windshield area lying within the sweep of the wiper on the driver side is an out of service condition.

You are lucky your truck didnt go in the ditch when the police overtook. Outside the white lines the road is not as compact and stable as inside of it. If you drive over it you can risk the road colapsing. We have this problem relatively alot in norway. (Alteas where i live. west of ålesund) But this time you didnt really have any coice.
Swedes don't have that issue, they made wide nice roads with asfalt outside the while lines, unlike in Norway we have cramped roads with singel on the sides.

i drive ambulance cars and if im driving behind a truck or bus, i just wait until the driver has the space to made place for mo or a save place dor overtake comes.

ets 2 currently has wrong lighting thats why the game is looking like unrealistic,if it just scs change the engine or completely change how lighting works again and use real life as reference ,it will be looking good as this

What is this letter E that gets displayed in the gear display? It looks like the truck jumps into neutral to save fuel perhaps?
liquidkameleon yep thats what it does, it means economy, when going downhill it goes into neutral until you hit the gas again
