Update 12.08.2024 46,000 views on this video after just over a month. I’m really excited. Thank you so much for the positive feedback from all directions. I hope you like it. See you then.
This is excellent, I've been trying something similar but ended up starting over several times. I had made a major station with ten stations within and was going to make a central stores above, I'd experimented with junctions and flyover junctions with sliproads to reduce bottlenecks having only locos running. I wish they had waypoints that could make the trains take a particular route to releive station traffic, also it would be nice if you could select left hand drive and signals would be on the left like in the UK. Anyway, awesome work and I'll be definitely checking back on your work.

Regardless of the great complexity, I like the low height of the rail system and thus the perfect integration into the existing landscape, really great. I always wanted to build like this, but the game doesn't make it easy.
yea I have my rails up 3x or 4x as high as him because of how time consuming it is to make height adjustments when using foundations. The monorail system is easily the game's worst mechanic, particularly in how horribly designed the snapping system is for the tracks. It's designed entirely around people placing tracks directly on the terrain and yet any picky player with even mild OCD will NEVER do that and instead opt to at least lay it on foundations first (and delete foundations after snapping). I understand the need for the spline and bezier curve behavior of the tracks but it's horribly designed. It'd be much easier if you could just stick concrete columns on the ground and snap the tracks to it without it looking like a sea snake. You can snap the concrete columns to the underside of the tracks - why not visa versa and without the tracks trying to "level" themselves when doing so?

And here I am, not understanding how signals Work in this game till today. Kinda imagine a monkey seeing complex mathematics formulas in universities. Have no clue what complex work I’m looking at but it still looks cool 😅
@@bolle1929 Path Signals are pretty simple :3 Path signals check their path up to the next block signal and the section beyond it to ensure it is clear. This allows for parallel movements in switch areas, as long as the trains do not intersect. If I were to use block signals between all the switches, only one train could move at a time. If two trains are waiting at block signals and both want to enter the same track, they will both start moving as soon as the section between them is clear, potentially leading to a collision. Path signals reserve a route. If two trains have the same destination, the train that reaches one of the path signals first gets the go-ahead, and the second train only proceeds once the path is cleared. Having multiple path signals in a row can cause significant congestion. Therefore, I always use path signals when there are switches, and at the end of the switch area, I place a block signal. Depending on the length, I place another block signal or, if there are switches again, a path signal.
This is amazing ! - I love these kind of videos ! - Does anyone know of other train simulation programs that will let you create landscapes, structures, and waterways, along with a custom track layout and let you ride along like this through your own designed world ?
@@theobserver_ decoration and sometimes waypoints. I use it to reroute trains to relieve major junctions, so that everything doesn’t get backed up on one route.

If any video on TH-cam is going to convince you to subscribe to the creator it has to be this one!! ive watched it twice and shared with my satisfactory friends!
This is sensational. I am fascinated by such railway field tables. But I have fears about these because of the continuity of production. I'll give you an example. I have a factory that produces 1000 cables per minute. I have to take this to another factory, where the production of the product there requires 1000 cables every minute. The trip normally takes 2 minutes including loading and unloading. So a train that can carry 2x1000 cables must be put together. But... If it has to stop somewhere because another train is using that section, it won't get there in time and there will be a disruption in production. I hope my problem is understandable, if so, how do you solve it so that such disruptions of railway traffic do not affect production?

@@Chrisix3 so if i have a central station i have to make two direct lines one tha goes from and one that goes to?
Amazing Train railway...wenn 1.0 is out I'll be experementig a bit more with trains...my goal is to use them as much as possible...love it good job keep it up mate💪 Deutsche Bahn lauft immer😂
Me with my stick and stone and this one just doing the public train system of a big city.
Nice Not many share there save file i am looking for a start with the trains in for 1.0
Ok, I found me an new train asmr
Do you use blueprints to place the train supports and rails?
Nope. Everything is build free. No blueprint ever used or created
Nice train track, man! ^^
I was gonna comment this is a Germans engineer wet dream.
Then I saw you were German. 😂 the attention to detail ja amazing 👏

And here I am, not understanding how signals Work in this game till today.
Kinda imagine a monkey seeing complex mathematics formulas in universities.
Have no clue what complex work I’m looking at but it still looks cool 😅
@@bolle1929 Path Signals are pretty simple :3
Path signals check their path up to the next block signal and the section beyond it to ensure it is clear.
@@techman2553 mashinky is a cute alternative. Minecraft, but its not sooo cool. Railroads Online is good too
Would you share a save file? This is simply incredible!
@@yagorbalotsin no, i don't want to share my safe :c
What's with empty stations? why do you need them?
@@theobserver_ decoration and sometimes waypoints. I use it to reroute trains to relieve major junctions, so that everything doesn’t get backed up on one route.
found you in my main page, wich game is this? it looks fantastic!!
@@srviktowrs7 this game is called Satisfactory :3
beautiful
btw path signals are only used in entrypoints (of a junction or whatever), the ends should be block signals
@@jeanmahmoudventilateur3480 yes i did this
@@Chrisix3 idk at 0:30 you put path signals on the other lanes but there's no rail crossing so I guessed you put them as the "end" of the previous junction
@@jeanmahmoudventilateur3480 look at 14:00. The switches are for the different plattforms and thats why there are path signals.

@@happygofishing thank you ^-^ in the next few minutes, i will public a video about building my railcurves ^-^
