  • Can Noblesville Indiana be too rural? It might surprise you... that's for sure. It seems like Noblesville is one of the nearby cities that many people overlook. I hear about the usuals from people relocating here quite often like Carmel and Fishers. But, Noblesville Indiana seems to fly under the radar quite often around the Indianapolis Metro. I really don't think it should. The biggest reason people often don't consider Noblesville is its location to the northeast. There are certainly parts of Noblesville that might seem rural but it's actually hard to find a place with a Noblesville address that is really truly rural. Where you're looking might have the feel and look of being rural... but is it? I don't think so when you have so much of what Noblesville offers so close by. There are certainly times when Noblesville's location may not work for you but if you're geographically open to places to live around Indianapolis I don't think you should mark it off your list.

Subcribed. I really enjoy your videos. You made me fall in love with Carmel. So I am looking to buy a house there, preferably in southwest of Carmel. I got a job in Indy and will be moving there this summer.

I would love living there. I love the rural look while being close to stuff.

We are immigrating with work in the summer time to Indiana, and love rural locations (coming from Ireland!). As a matter of interest - the open 'for sale' farmland at the start of your video, what is the local policy on walking your dog around the perimeter? or for much of the unoccupied land around the State?

Where is the best place to live if you want to ride a bike a long distance? Don't necessarily have to be real close to Indy.

I’d say Carmel (if you have lots of money) or Westfield. Both of those are North of Indianapolis. If you want to be on the west side, I’d suggest Brownsburg.

Carmel can be too crowded for a long distance bike ride. I used to live in Fishers and would have to go really far east out of the city to get to some great open county roads. You can do the same all around in the cities and towns that surround Indy if you get out far enough.
