Fishers has grown at an incredible pace over the past 20 years and is a place one can live and not worry about having to go to another place like Indianapolis or nearby Carmel for entertainment, restaurants, or much of anything else. Hello Jason! How are you? I love your videos, they have been such a good help on my process to move to indiana. My question would be, why you haven’t made any new video about fishers? Most of them are made 2 years ago, I think I saw one that was made 1 year ago. Do you still think the same about fishers? Can you do an update about that area? Hi Sergio. Where do you currently live? I can't speak for everyone and what one might experience when living here for sure. When I say "family friendly" I certainly mean ALL people. However, there are ignorant/stupid people in every part of the country unfortunately. If you were to move here I would love to say that it would be a great experience. But, I can't guarantee that of course. Good luck to you!
I've talked to.black people that live in fishers they love it no complaints of people treat them differently
I’ve been here two weeks and I’ve only run into three other people of color other than myself. A hotel worker and a couple traveling. That’s it so far. It is predominately all white in Fischer’s that I’ve seen. Everyone’s been friend though. But I see brown & Black people in downtown Indianapolis & other city pockets but not in the Fischer’s suburbs. .
I have a long time friend that’s been living in Fisher’s for 6 years now. He said he like it, it’s clean, more diverse than other Hamilton County cities, the people are educated and he doesn’t feel unwelcome. He said it’s mostly the older people that stare or move away from him but their set in their racist ways and it doesn’t bother him because their not educated on diversity. Take a trip there for a few days and scope it out for yourself. If the racism is bad and the city is not friendly towards brown people then you will definitely experience that right away. The only way to know is see for yourself.
