I've needed this video for so long! I watched your KK500 review when I was getting mine, and this is a great video too - thanks!

Thanks! I was curious about the bolt and what it looked like. A clever design too if you wanted to adjust the headspace as that looks quite easy to do.

Thanks Jober. Very pleased to see a nice clear video of what I needed to do! Couldn't unscrew the endcap completely, but after watching your video I realised I needed just to depress the "top hat" piece slightly. I am a bit disappointed that the firing pin broke after only two years, but otherwise I'm finding it a really great rifle.

@@jobervelasco8614 I'm planning to do some videos myself. The world of sport shooting is extremely underserved by TH-cam.

Great video. I see you had trouble removing the second pin, I didn't get that far and couldn't remove the first pin. It really is a tight fit, I used your tap method but it didn't budge at all !

I would try getting an actual punch set to drive to drive the pin out.

Hello, when do you use the rifle the post bolt cup must be totally screw or can you set in different position. I feel the bolt movement very hard, but when you unscrew the bolt is softer and more comfortable . What do you think

I screw it completely and have not experienced it being hard to use

Thank you Jober for this video. In my KK500, problem is that, after positioning the bolt in firing position my trigger is not working .what I want to mean is firing pin is not hiting the ammo-rim. Can you plz help me ?

Did you replace a firing pin? When the bolt is un-cocked the tip of the firing pin should protrude a small amount through the firing pin hole in the bolt. If this is not occuring there may be something blocking it or the firing pin is not made to the proper dimensions.
