GREAT VIDEO, I have s model one thar my uncle bought new arround 1950 and need two parts to restore it, the magazine and internal ring that goes inside tthe bolt action, do you know where can i buy parts, and also a copy of the printed parts list that you show in the video, thanks in advance
This would be a fine gun for a young shooter or a new shooter you can go from single shot to bolt action repeater and then on to semi-auto....a gun for your whole life....a great and much needed video ! As my aunt - rip -use to say in German " The best is the cheapest in the long run "
COBA, my grandfather brought back a pre-war model 1 after coming back from the war and my father acquired it after my grandfather passed away. I use to use it for plinking around my dads property until it was stolen back around 1998. I am looking to get another one to replace the one that was stolen. Any idea where I could get one from? Thanks in advance.
Hello, I own a model 2, but, when I fire it, it goes fully auto, I think something is broken, I do not know which part prevents from doing that, I need some help please
Is it slam firing? If so it's the firing pin and that's very dangerous, otherwise it may be something to do with the disconnector not working properly.
Years ago I had a model one that occasionally fired two or three rounds on auto It was given to me by a farmer and was quite beaten up Wish I still had it though now that I have the time for giving it some T L C
Do you have a video on the Walther sport model 5 ? It’s a bolt action 22 with a similar flag safety The bolt is stuck and won’t rotate to lock Also the flag safety won’t rotate
WOW, COOL 22LR RIFLES, GERMAN CRAFTSMANSHIP AND ENGINEERING. I'M SO IMPRESSED, BUT NOT OVERLY SURPRISED BECAUSE I HAVE A P08, AND ES340N AND ES340B IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION. They don't make too many WELL made 22lrs like that anymore not unless you spend $1000 or more. Imagine how much it would cost to make them NOW? 🤔😯😁👍
I can see the similarities with the Beretta Olimpia which obviously borrowed some ideas from the Walter Mod.1 These guns would be too expensive to manufacture nowadays with so many solid steel machined parts. The rifle shown in the video belongs to the golden era of .22 guns which roughly run from 1900 to1960 give and take, with some top-notch products sporadically hitting the market after that.
Yes it was cloned in Italy by Beretta, sadly no longer made, maybe some other factory makes these again in stainless steel, would be a best seller and go away from the unbelievable plastic crap we see today as new 22 "automatics"...
This is absolutely brilliant, an auto-loader that doubles as a bolt action. Thank you for taking the time to showcase these.

Thanks for the video. Excellent presentation!
Beretta also made a version of this rifle.

Nothing cheap about these guns though.
