Accuracy and Precision

This chemistry video tutorial explains the difference of accuracy and precision in measurement. This video gives an example of four students attempting to measure the density of aluminum and asks which data is accurate but not precise. Accuracy has to do with how close your data is to the accepted value and precision has to do with how close your data is with each other.

I'm having trouble grasping this explanation. it's easy to say that if all data in a set is within 0.001, that it is precise, but what if we are talking about larger items where 1mm difference is tiny compared to the size? what is the percentage deviation that determines if something is precise or accurate?

My problem is, to what extent can you say that something is accurate or precise? To what point or decimal place.
Like for ex. Concordant results, I do know when it’s concordant cuz it should be 0.1 max, beyond that, it’s not concordant.
What about precision and accuracy? I know the difference, I just don’t know the limit.
