A lot of the places that are beautiful are around Kraków because during partitions this part of Poland was in Galicia(austrian) rule and they werent as strict as russians/germans. Also thier architecture was just beautiful.

Rudy, Warszawa was havily destroyed/ bombed during ww2 so the Polish old beauty haven't left. That's why Warszawa looks white. We rebuilded The Old Town.The Royal Castle there was finished rebuilding in the 80s 20c. Wrocław was lucky during ww2, we can say.
