  • Having watched and personally experienced the way that the energy of the coronavirus affects the human energy field, I have created several different videos to support you during these challenging times. Each video shows a few simple and powerful energy techniques that I have put together to help you affect and balance your energy in the specific way that you need. In this video I demonstrate the one energy exercise I am seeing have the biggest effect on the human energy field during this coronavirus pandemic. It brings cohesion to your energy, connects your immune system with your lung and respiratory system, and helps your auric field stay strong for your overall health and vitality.

Message to everyone, grow your own sage and alfalfa grass in big pots indoor and outdoor if you can and you will thank me latter.* If you have those two plant in your home, you got it made. It will help you stand against any illnesses. Stay away from things that causes sickness - eating junk food, fried food, sugar... Bright Blessings!!!

@@tmcaweeney4202 SAGE: You can eat a few leaves per day. Make tea, eat leaves in salads, soups. You can dry it, powder it, store it in glasse jars. Some people like to burn sage. They say that smoke kills bacterias. I personally not too keen of smoke, so instead I put about 1/4 cup sage with 4 cups of water in a slow cooker and let the steam to evaporate to kill any bacterias in the air. I don't know if it kills everything, but it helps.
ALFALFA: We can eat alfalfa when they are baby leaves nor more then 4 inches, otherwise our system cannot digest it too well, unless we chew it like cows. The best ways to consume alfalfa, and this is what I also do, are as follow. Harvest alfalfa when it's fresh, does not matter what length, rinse for 5 second, juice it, strain it, and drink it. Make teas. Dry it, powder it, store it in mason jars, then use it in soups, cook with it, teas. I also make teas and pour tea in bath. Sage is a natural cleanser: it has all the anti-properties such as anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacteria, the list goes on. I put about 1/4 cup of sage in a small cooker with about 4 cups of water. Put it on high, let the lid slightly off to allow the steam to evaporate. This sage steam helps to kill any bacterias in the air.* I've done this for years when people around me were sick with the cold and flue to keep me healthy. Every action we take to keep ourselves healthy helps.
IMPORTANT: Staying away from the things that causes illnesses and diseases such as putting things in our bodies that is not healthy. Exercise. Meditate. Sit still and relaxe. Sleep.*
I hope I helped you. Wishing You Bright Blessings!!!

I've done many different energy techniques for many years, and find them to be literally indispensible to maintaining a sense of equilibrium as I deal with my myriad of health issues. -- I found the technique descreibed in this video to be one of the most powerful and supportive of all the energy techniques i've ever run across. Thank you Prune for sharing this with us. I can't help but think that if people regularly practiced these types of techinques during this pandemic, many mental healh stresses that arise would be far easier to navigate.

Thank You so much Prune for making this great video. I happen to doing that just a few days ago and I was asking myself: "What does the point under neat the chin do?", and you answered my question. What does holding the point under neat the chin and the point on the middle of the chin together do? Everyone, remember this: SAGE is a Native American herb and know by Native and herb doctors to heal anything. SAGE alkaline the body and boost the immune system. Native recomment eating fresh leaves every day. I drink SAGE tea every day along with alfalfa grass.* Bright Blessings!!!

For me the thumb in the lung crease is super effective 'cos you're holding Lung meridian beginning & end points together. The chin notch is Central Meridian & the point on the chin is Governing Vessel...holding both links up these extraordinary energy pathways. Hope this helps Sayantan

Hi, KK, how wonderful it brought you into a state of calm. Great question - it's really up to how you are feeling. Once may be enough? Or perhaps every few hours? Each of our systems are unique and you will be the best judge of frequency. Try it once, then again. How do you feel? Do you feel better? If you energy test, you can test to see if you need it again too. Our best to you!
