    The first part (becore making the heart shaped movement) is a qigong exercise. So it's a known, tried and tested method to generate more energy. Thanks for sharing, Ms Prune.

    Thank you for this exercise. I am recovering from covid and could only be out of bed for 2 hours at a time and then I had to rest for hours. I felt like the energy was immediatly being drained from my body as soon as I stood up. This video helped a lot. Thank you so much. I am very grateful!

    thank you! I see in my home dynamic that my wife is drained and then draws forces from my 8yr old to whom I then give forces

    Have felt like I could sleep forever many times, I have been working on my Adrenals and my Thyroid now, its harder to do when I have to keep finding enough work and most of the work is so physical, even though I have admin skills. Have tried to get help, but the doctors have no clue about Adrenals, Thyroid, sick building syndrome, or even the Cuboid (in the foot) going out. The doctor Gods are needed to sign a form. Our society relies on their intelligence to get help, no wonder we are in trouble. I have figured out how to stop my hair loss first, next working on other things in between working/looking for jobs.

    Too tired to even do this and need to get ready to work, I do my best to hide my tiredness from employers.

      Hi, Vero vero ~ thank you for asking. You are welcome to take a look at this video of Prune's as she just offered a course in June dedicated to working directly with CFS/ME: th-cam.com/video/HUi8tIQXh-A/w-d-xo.html
      The team is currently uploading and editing the videos to Prune's online course platform and will have that released very soon. You're welcome to keep an eye on this page on Prune's site for the release: www.pruneharris.com/onlinecourses

    Is it ok to do this after a triple bypass operation (8 weeks ago)??

    • @PruneHarris
      @PruneHarris  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, Kamini ~ these gentle techniques will help to support the underlying energetic system, so safe to say it's worth a try. If at anytime the exercises cause discomfort or unease, then it is best to rest and pick them back up another time.
      With gratitude ~ Jennifer
