    Some wisdom to share with your viewers:
    No disease survive in an alkaline body. These foods are the best: SAGE, fresh lemons and limes, apple cider vinager, onions, garlic, coconut (fresh, milk, oil, and dried). Dilute some apple cider vinager in one cup water and drink some every day. Juice half fresh lemon every day if you can. SAGE is know by native american and herb doctors to heal anything. Whatever action you take for great health counts very much just like putting pennies in a jar. It all adds up.* Of course, Prune Harris helps in a very big way too. I am so happy to have found Prune Harris. I recommend people to watch Prune Harris.

    Autumn is my favourite season! I love how I can just feel the boundaries between the worlds thinning flowing into and around one another. And Samhain is just around the corner!! :-)))

    Is it appropriate for people with autoimmune diseases? With high amount of antibodies MAT TAT.(Hashimoto)? I can't drink anything for immunity because of the high antibodies.

    Hi Prune, thank you for all your amazing videos. I was wondering if you have one for managing autoimmune diseases, I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have found energy medicine to be the most wonderful addition to my wellness kit and I'd love to try working with my immune system but I'm not sure where to start.
