    💌Thanks so much! 💚Works great that means I need it, although I never considered myself an adrenal type but I guess it changes, one if life unexpected change.😊

    See my previous comments about feeling stuck in an assisted living place with thin walls. What can I do for my adrenal glands as well? Would value
    your help. Their food is not ver nutricious and they serve a lot of sugary desserts, which I dont eat. I'm watching.

    Can you please do a video for the liver. I have health issues with food, chemicals, smells sensitivity. And notice that while I’m having acupuncture for the liver, that my mental health is getting better, especially obsessiveness, fear, phobias. I was told that this change is because of work being done specially on the liver and gallbladder.
    If you know this to be correct about the liver and gallbladder , please consider doing a video on helping it heal and releasing stock energies and emotions.
    Gratitude

    I am suffering from adrenal fatigue my cortisol is unbalanced up and down during the whole day but my constant problems are from my hips down to the feet bad circulation and pain they get worse in the afternoon I know which meridians are affected and I worked a little bit but I don’t know how to integrated together I also have more physical issues nut this one is the worse because I struggled with them daily and even if I am tired I can’t seat down for long because my glutes started having pain and discomfort and sometimes I don’t know what to do if you can direct me to to some of your videos or exercises I’ll appreciate and thank you so much for all your help you do with your videos

      How are you doing now?

    • @sirenagarrido3836

      @ Well not very good lately I had to go the ER because my oxygen in my blood was getting a little bit lower never expecting that the treatment will be so brutal and for so many days the drained me all the water I had in my body they said I had some water in my left lung but as always happened when you go there at least happened to me I left so much worse that when I came in I came walking with my feet and they left me unable to even stand up for myself, they never balance all the electrolytes they took so they shipped me out to a rehab center to relearn how to walk, bath etc by myself which right now I can’t. My intentions are after living this facility get another drs and for sure looking from another hospital because this one could be very famous but I think my life is in danger there. They bullied you no concern at all about your age and health no felt any empathy at all pure business. No one believe me anything I complained because having long COVID is an illness by itself but this people are still single out one symptom not all together as they should they keep being ignorant because they choose it not because the information isn’t there because there is. I know that at this moment there is not cure but helping to deal with some symptoms yes but they don’t want to do it at least with me. I am still taking care of myself it doesn’t matter where I have lost trust in the health system at this moment and if I need to take a chemical medication I will try the lower amount and see if and if doesn’t I stop it. My body is becoming old with all this things my my mind is still working and sharp even having brain fog is not 24/7. My legs circulation are getting really bad I don’t think I have a proper diagnosis and treatment so one of my goal after living this place is going to see a non traditional specialist or neurologist to see if they can help feel better. Sorry to dump you all this you got me in a lower health moment on my lifeok

      @@sirenagarrido3836 oh dear I'm so sorry you're struggling! Did they say why you have fluid in your lung?! I'm guessing you're simply deconditioned, if you immobile lying in bed for a while. How long did the hospital keep you for?
      I have long covid too.. mainly affected my POTS and fatigue... I'm terrified to catch it again. Two bouts was bad enough..

      Taking these slow and steady is a good practice, especially if you are coming in feeling the deep shifts. Hydrating and allowing your system to incorporate these gently is key for balance.

    How often can you do this?

    • @PruneHarris
      @PruneHarris  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Lovely question - you may feel it beneficial to engage with this practice once a day (or more) to begin with. As you integrate these supportive energies, you may then feel the call to lessen this over time. Your own intuitive wisdom will help to guide you best with this work. Explore and see what feels best for you. Thank you for joining Prune here! With gratitude ~ Jennifer

    Hi Prune. Will this help to balance adrenal gland, can this be done if someone has adrenal insufficiency or adrenal fatigue.

    • @PruneHarris
      @PruneHarris  ปีที่แล้ว

      Beautiful question, Shahzana. Yes, this will help to balance the energies that support the adrenals and kidneys. You're welcome to dive into other videos here on TH-cam and consider courses through Prune's online platform through her website. There are a few dedicated to working with fatigue. If you have specific questions about those, you are welcome to email us at hello@pruneharris.com
      Our best to you ~ Jennifer

    Why do our adrenals or the area above our kidneys so weirdly sruff and tight? I cant breathe deeply because theres a tight band our my waist.

    • @PruneHarris
      @PruneHarris  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for asking - our adrenal glands sit just at the top of our kidney organs, so you may be experiencing a tightness in that area due to fatigue and tension. Great to bring these techniques in to help assist here. Wishing you all the best.
      With gratitude ~ Jennifer
