I've watched this multiple times. Galneryus is a true super band, all superbly talented, with astonishing virtuosity. At age 73, I've been into rock based music for 60 years, heard famous bands since early 1960s, all genres of music. Galneryus is one of a handful of bands that truly stun, leaving me in awe. Syu has to be one of greatest super guitarists, but most in West have never heard of him. Same goes for lead singer and rest of the band. Yet, they play with depth, soulful heart felt passion, spectacularly. This performance is an anthem, not merely a song. God bless Galneryus! They are one of a handful of bands I would pay most anything to see/hear in live concert. Angel of Salvation, indeed! Yeah verily.

@manleyfgc7981 a lot of metal bands in the 80 toured way too much and you really can mess up your voice like that. I'm sure they didn't warm up properly or exercise their vocal chords as much or well as they should've. I'm just saying masatoshi Ono is well into his 50's now. He would've been late 40's here
@@RRtradestar I believe Sho was 48 in this show, he was already 44 years old when he joined galneryus back in '09/'10. As far as I know, and do correct me if I'm wrong, he did a number of shows and tours back in the 90s but did mostly studio works in the 2000s. So, that's probably how he could still maintain his signature high notes (or hi-tone) entering 2010s.
I've been listening to various kinds of music genres for a long time, and this is the band that I think is the cleanest when it's live, even Petrucci in Dream Theater sometimes has miss notes when he's live.
Gosh. This is such a work of art. This song is one that touches my soul. To see this live would be something incredible, this live version is 100 times better than the recording, you can feel the emotion even more.

I can tell you straight up when we had a classical orchestra play my band back in the day they were totally excited. They get really tired of playing the same old stuff. These guys even got the violinist out of their seats just to keep up!!! Now that's awesome talent buddy!!

It was Crazy and a bit too much (it's Crazy how much he tried to remain his voice consistent at The end of the first Stage). He damaged his voice a bit at The Stage Before this song.

touring doesnt mean you just fuck up your voice. your voice peaks late 30s for most. age doesnt really play a factor until youre very old.

@@RRtradestar I believe Sho was 48 in this show, he was already 44 years old when he joined galneryus back in '09/'10. As far as I know, and do correct me if I'm wrong, he did a number of shows and tours back in the 90s but did mostly studio works in the 2000s. So, that's probably how he could still maintain his signature high notes (or hi-tone) entering 2010s.
The vocalist really make me shivering with his amazing talent mastering the classical notes .. cant resist to be one of my favourite song ever.

この頃の小野さんは年齢的にも円熟味が増し演奏陣も含めて最高潮だった。なぜ日本のマネジメントは海外に挑戦させないのか？日本はアニソンやアイドル以外にもメタルバンド大国であるはず。ピークを過ぎてからフェスに呼ばれて一部のマニア受けのバンドにさせないで！

I've been listening to various kinds of music genres for a long time, and this is the band that I think is the cleanest when it's live, even Petrucci in Dream Theater sometimes has miss notes when he's live.

Imagine being a professional violinist and being told you're going to be playing at a gig for a power metal band in a rock concert hall
I can tell you straight up when we had a classical orchestra play my band back in the day they were totally excited. They get really tired of playing the same old stuff. These guys even got the violinist out of their seats just to keep up!!! Now that's awesome talent buddy!!
The studio recording itself have violinists shouldnt be a problem.
it's not that weird, many metal and rock bands have had orchestras in their concerts, it's not that unusual and even less if you're gonna be playing a Tchaikovsky inspired song

It was Crazy and a bit too much (it's Crazy how much he tried to remain his voice consistent at The end of the first Stage). He damaged his voice a bit at The Stage Before this song.
