I got 12-1 with a warrior deck yesterday. It had brawl, fiery war axe, 5 ravaging ghouls, 2 death's bite, execute, slam, and like a total of 4 big threats. (Drakonid Crusher, Obsidian Destroyer, Stormwind Champion, and Fossilized Devilsaur) Rest were relatively average/below average cards. Upgrade was the only baddish card that was seriously good. Total Heartharena score was like 70.8 Brawl was probably the king of my deck because i had like 60-70% 3 drops, so my tempo game was pretty below average, but my deck was insane at removing any and all threats. The only lost i had was at 2-0 to a warlock deck that just kept pumping out huge threats, and even got a fearsome doomguard from a void caller. Getting brawled made 2 players concede on the spot. Both were paladins, and let me just tell you, no one ever EVER played around brawl and it was hilarious af.

he's talking about one damage he can deal on the turn that its drawn. the only card in the deck that would do 1 instead of 3+ on the turn drawn is sideshow spelleater. he determined the one out not worthy enough to justify not clearing a minion with bluegill that turn
Warrior is good against mage because their hero power counters mage in an attrition topdeck match. Warrior is good against rogue because they can tempo with weapons but avoid losing in the late game to burst because they lost too much health, which rogues cannot.
I went 12-0 warrior with varian wrynn, Dr boom, 2 death bites, and some other insane cards. 84 card quality according to heartharena. Kripp, try beating that

Tempo means to be the one setting the pace of the game. You typically gain tempo by doing multiple things in one turn, like killing a minion and playing a minion. Control is a style of deck that revolves around slowing the game down as much as possible. They rely on heals, taunts, and board clears (spells that do damage to multiple minions) to mitigate enemy damage until they can play their big, expensive cards. Face is the opposite of control. It means to be aggressive and send all available damage directly to the enemy hero (their face) to kill them as quickly as possible. He's done videos on most or all of those terms but I don't remember the titles. You'll have to search his channel.

The Protect the Kings + 2x Bolster can potentially give you seven 5/5 taunt minions for 7 mana which counters the 4 mana 7/7

Sideshow Spelleater does as well, and it is guaranteed, but the chance of drawing it is too low to let a 6/1 continue hitting you in the face.
