- I have been using the Insta 360 Ace Pro for the past 7 months. I use this new Action Camera released by Insta360 as a Main camera for all my TH-cam videos. This is my honest opinions and review on the camera. All information is based on my own experiences with the camera.

What's that big lens you have on it? Edit. Nevermind you went over it. The filter actually makes it good. Without the the filter, it's terrible for vlogging.
I completely agree, without the filter i wouldn’t recommend it for vlogging!! But for moto vlogging or action sports this is a great camera 🙏😎🙌
Did you have to use any glue to get the focus lens attached? And if not how well does it stay attached? It seems the housing that gies around the ACE lens fit's pretty snug but just curious as i seen a video with glue. Been wanting a new action camera after using a Dragon Touch Vision 3 for 4 years or so. And I've been really debating the ACE or ACE pro and ive leaned more towards the ACE. Mainly for the price point, one of the functions i wanted was the double tap zoom and i noticed they had an update so the ACE can now zoom like the pro if im not mistaken. Anything you could add to swing my decision towards the PRO? I don't plan on much up close vlogging it's more for shooting footage while im shooting a pistol. Or having the camera for slo-mo shots/time-laps during my range session.
I didn’t need to use glue, just the lens adapter i got from walmart fits pretty snug!! I would definitely recommend the Ace for you if your not doing to much vlogging, and if 8K isn’t important for you.. the Ace can also do 4K 60fps aswell as go up to 6K so I would say its pretty good for its price, however I only watched videos on original ACE & have not yet used it!! 🙏🙏😊

I would recommend it if you used the filter diopters I had shown in the video for close up shots. If you are using it at a further distance than it will work perfect!!

Is it good for underwater
by itself good for 10 meters without the dive case, With the case it can go 60 meters. It works really well in water

Action cam should have lense accessories.. a removable/changable/modify.
The most top accessories for action cam was a narrow zoom 2×(plus the zooming of the device) this lense make the photoghraper like a pro(because this is the top pro lense) it makes the photoghraper away to object and not so close to the object like a flies and irritatable for crowd. Magnified narrow 2× and best was 3×magnfd.
This 2×_3× can be single or modified double lense. The double lense multypies the magnification of the first layered lense for ex 2× plus 2× = 4×. Or 2× plus 3×, and so on and so fort.ect...
And ofcourse macro lense was also inportant.. secondary to the best lense accessories for action cam..

yes it does, also can be removed in insta app or the studio.

I meant mic hahaha but I figured it out. Comica. Does it connect via Bluetooth or do you need the adapter attached to the AcePro?
@@ohohlansky Sorry lol 😂 It’s comica Q4, For the Ace Pro, you can use it with a mic adapter. You also can record audio via a phone connected to the receiver if you don’t have A adapter.

Fov is very narrow compared to gopro and dji
So not good for motovlogging
I think he is using Dewarp FOV. there are 4 FOV settings for the Ace Pro, there's Dewarp, Ultrawide, Action view and FPV.
@PoldoTan even with ultrawide insta360 ace pro has very narrow fov than gopro and dji
yeah I agree the Action POV seems a little warped/ narrower than dji or gopro
