The dolphin on the dolphin hotel is a nautical dolphin not a mammalian dolphin which was a symbol used on old world maps. I looked this up awhile back because I thought it looked like a fish.

It was VERY warm that day but we stayed hydrated. We got our own versions of medals at the end!
